LARGE deck box. Sturdy enough for storing cushions but you will break it if you put body weight on the lid or floor. Engineering and build quality are reasonably done. Instructions are almost complete. The basic box snaps together. The small parts attach using screws. Many extra screws provided. Phillips head screwdriver is the only tool required. I managed with one person but attaching the lid required some lucky balancing. Keep the kids off the lid and it should last years.

So disappointed in this product! I’ve come to expect products from Sam’s Club to be of high quality but this product arrived with the side wall cracked. We bought it for our dock and it is not at all water tight. If I hadn’t spent all afternoon putting it together I would return it.

I have 6 very large seat cushions (25x25") and the back cushions are 24x20. I needed a big box for my deck. This was super easy to assemble, but I have two complaints. First, the lock parts do not sit side-by-side with each other when installed, making it difficult to put a lock through it. There is only one way to install so it's not me. Second, the lid does not sit tightly on the box. After taking out my cushions, there was a dead moth and a dead bee in it. Also, although rain doesn't seem to get in, even with a tornado nearby, the buds from my pear tree did on a windy day. If it is to allow for air, it's poorly designed if insects get in. BTW, the smaller deck box has air 'holes' but I put screen material over them. Not an option here.

This was the second box I purchased. It is great for what I planned to use it for, which was pool floats, etc. I'm curious as to how long it will hold up to Florida sun by the pool. Easy to put together by yourself. My only complaint is there is no crossbar, etc. on the interior side corners near the base to hold it in place. There are on the upper sides. When I dragged it 30 feet across the concrete to relocate it, the bottom side started to pull loose because there is reinforcement. It would seem since they reinforced it near the top, they would do so at the base also. I had to stop to push it back together. Since I don't ever plan to move it again, that's not a deal breaker. My suggestion is to get a second person when moving it and just pick it up. This box is very large and will easily hold many patio cushions. and then some. Side note, If you have short arms you may not be able to reach the bottom deck floor. I'd suggest if you have small items that might fall to the bottom to put them in a milk crate/box, or similar, inside the deck box. Then you'd easily reach the sides of a crate to full it out. Overall great box for its purpose.

STURDY. Keeps items DRY, no leaks at all. Love that the hinges hold the lid open when loading/unloading my items. It's a very, very large box. Assembled with few tools; panels snap together but you'll need a screwdriver to attach the hinges. An extra set of hands will make assembly even easier. My cushions and folding chairs fit nicely and stay dry. Very pleased with the quality and function so far.

Very HUGE but nice. It took two people to put together me saying look at the youtube video and holding the top and my son’s father looking at me crazy. Other than that he did a wonderful job putting the box together. The box is very sturdy and all this rain from last week and this week the inside is bone dry.

I purchased this after seeing a friends, we just ordered new outdoor furniture with large cushions and needed something big enough to hold all of them. It was very easy to assemble (with two people) and seems to be quite sturdy so far. After a heavy rain (2.5 inches) we checked the interior and it was still dry. Looking forward to having outdoor storage this winter.

We purchased this for storage on our Houseboat. Assembly was easy. I noticed that the lid was a bit flimsy but it had a couple metal pieces to strengthen it so I though maybe it had been well thought out. I was wrong. The first week up, the wind blew and even though the lid had closures on it it still open but cracked the lid were the hinges are so no it’s no good to me. We liked the large size. They could of used thicker plastic.

Perfect - exactly as described in capacity and was replacing a 20 year old outdoor box that we were using for firewood (also Sam purchase). Seems to be holding up well to heavy wood being tossed in and not bowing under the weight so far. Has been waterproof for our firewood after a couple storms.

The first Deck Box was damaged in shipping and missing parts. Didn't arrive in original packaging. Was repackaged by shipper. You immediately sent a second Deck Box. This one arrived also damaged and missing parts but in the original box. Combined parts and assembled one Deck Box. This is a good Deck Box. I would recommend buying this Deck Box. Sent two incomplete sets of damaged parts in one package back to Sam's.
