Sausage Cheese Balls!
1lb. roll Jimmy Dean HOT sausage
1lb. shredded sharp cheddar, grated
2 c. Bisquick

Allow sausage and cheese to slowly come to room temperature (a very important step for cheese balls to turn out right).

Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, mix all ingredients together using your hands.
Roll into ab 1" balls.
Place on large ungreased cookie sheet 20-25 minutes.

Note: Line pan with parchment paper for quicker,  easier clean-up.
