This is a staple in our house. We use this for breakfast sausage patties, cheesy sausage grits, and dinner time for meals like sausage rice casserole. I love this particular one! It has a bit of spice to it but I think it’s wonderful and worth every penny. It’s not too spicy because my two toddlers eat it. We just had this for dinner tonight!

47 years old and the first time I've tried Jimmy Dean sausage. Yeeaouza - soooooo good! I've fluctuated my weight all my adult life. Successfully lost on Weight Watchers three different times and successfully gained it all back shortly thereafter. Even did my own "Beer and Vegetable" diet in my early 30s and THAT was a success. Should'a marketed it. Now I'm doing low-carb (Not no-carb, not keto, but instead low-carb which is incredibly easy, with slow but steady results. On Sunday, I scrambled 15 eggs with heavy cream and folded in plenty of American cheese, and this sausage - ground and fried in canola oil. I am having a dish each workday this week and it has got to be one of the best breakfast/ lunch/ afternoon snacks EVER! This sausage fried up so nice and crisp and has just the right amount of herbs and spices. Two carbs per plate. All my adult life, I've avoided pork sausage and missed it. Same with nuts, red meat, etc. Hooking up with Jimmy Dean has been one of the hottest, most delectable things I've ever done. Darn proud of this 5 night stand.

Well I've recently found a far better breakfast sausage now that I can't eat your's anymore! I used to "Only" buy your product but just can't get over the "NASTY, Thick greasy tongue" it leaves me with anyone more! Not too mention all the grease in the pan and shrinkage of the sausage! Like I said, I found one a little more expensive. But it's WELL worth the little extra, and I don't have to go running for two glasses of milk to cut through the pasty film to get it off of my tongue! It seems to me that corporate GREED always gets the nod!

I’ve been using Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage for years. After today’s soufflé, I will never use this brand again. You have changed this product for the worse. It doesn’t cook the same, smell or taste the same. It destroyed the taste of my soufflé. I had to throw the soufflé away. It is bad enough that prices have gone up, but when you change quality and raise the price…shameful.

There is no other sausage to use but Jimmy Dean! Both the hot and regular are staples in our home. You can make a quick breakfast meal like breakfast burritos or biscuits and gravy, or you can make delicious snacks like cheddar cheese sausage balls. The south loves their Jimmy Dean sausage!

If I need ground sausage, my first thought is jimmy dean. It's fullproof and usually has great flavor. This product doesn't have a bunch of water added and cooks down easily and is great for almost anything I need it for. I like getting the sage one for when I'm making lasagna.

This is the breakfast sausage that we compare all other sausages to. It browns really well- ie it doesn't look grey. It works well in gravies and as a regular side. One of the things I'm not wild about is the sugar and additives that it contains. Those are things we avoid in foods, but occasionally do make the exception.

I like these a lot bc you can chop them up and put them in ur eggs plus they’re quick and easy to cook, also there really good w/biscuits and gravy, makes the gravy have that smoked taste which is good, I would definitely recommend this!Jimmy Dean Sage Premium Pork Sausage

Jimmy Dean is like my uncle LOL..that how long i have been eatting this. I feel like if i eat another brand he will tell my momma LOL!! Good sausage in any flavor but sage ( sorry unc) I definitely recommend even though im PRETTY sure you have tried it!!

My family has always loved the sausage in the roll. In last year or so every time we cook it in a non stick pan on medium heat it burns with a black char on it . I bet Mr. Jimmy Dean would be disappointed in quality of his sausage now. Please bring back the sausage that cooks evenly.. Thank you ..
