Sausage Cheese Balls! 1lb. roll Jimmy Dean HOT sausage 1lb. shredded sharp cheddar, grated 2 c. Bisquick Allow sausage and cheese to slowly come to room temperature (a very important step for cheese balls to turn out right). Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together using your hands. Roll into ab 1" balls. Place on large ungreased cookie sheet 20-25 minutes. Note: Line pan with parchment paper for quicker, easier clean-up.

One tube makes an XL sheetpan full of sausage balls that we can make last for several days for a family of 4 for breakfast! Another favorite is sausage gravy with homemade biscuits. And no one ever complains about plain ole sausage patties served with pancakes or eggs and grits either! Jimmy Dean is a favorite of ours and I like saving a little money on this bulk deal! It freezes well and is so versatile!
