I found these lamb chops to be very tasty. And I was surprised that there were two rats in each pack. Having cooked more than I really wanted to eat at the time, I found a leftover lamb chop recipe for curry lamb that was exquisite. I will definitely re-buy this item and keep a few in the freezer for guest when they show up.

Delicious: Broiled and served with a Basalmic vinegar & brown sugar reduction sauce.
