I’m happy with purchase but I haven’t cooked it.

$26 worth of meat, gave to my dad for Father's Day and it was spoiled. So disappointed. Was not past date on package either.

The pictures show a huge meat part. The reality is a disappointment, hardly any meat at all. Way overproced for some rib bones, because that is pretty much all I got. Will not buy again.

I purchased these for my Easter dinner. I opened the package to prep my rack of Lamb and I literally gaged! I purchased two packs, and now I need to make a store run, and the reason for delivery was to avoid the stores. The smell was unbelievable, as I write this review I can still smell it.

Just like others said when i opened the package it smells so horribly stinks. It remains stink after cook as well. I wonder this is NOT lamb. It should be called Mutton. I heard lamb doesn’t stink. Older sheep meat called mutton and they are the one stinks.

We buy the lamb chops (not a huge fan but like variety from beef) from sams semi regularly and wanted to try the Rack but the meat looked so similar that I couldnt justify paying 30+ percent more than the chops. I'm glad we did, wow are these racks delicious and worth the additional cost. If you ask the meat dept to cut these up for you they will, while leaving the pop stick still attached.

I was hesitant about buying them because I didn't want to cut them but the butcher assured me they were a great quality meat and how to cut. These came out amazingly delicious. I seasoned them with brazilian steakhouse, creole seasoning, minced garlic, olive oil and black pepper. After grilling a few minutes on each side, I finished them in a cast iron pan in the oven. The result was Super tender and flavorful!

Didnt like it

Horrible smell. Threw away. I was too afraid to cook and serve to family or eat myself.

We purchased 4 racks on April 1, 2023 for Easter dinner. We placed them in the freezer until April 7th, then moved them to the refrigerator to defrost. Upon opening them for preparation on Easter morning, we were hit with a putrid smell from 3 of the 4 packages. All of them had a "best by date" of May 1 and were all properly stored and handled by us. I am a very unsatisfied customer due to the loss of food and money.
