If you want lamb, it has to be from NZ! The alternatives from Australia are full of fat and not as delicate as these pieces joy.

Very nice and meaty for the price. I marinated them for 3 days and put them on the grill and my family loved them!

This is my happy meal! If grilling put tinfoil on bones, I use fresh lavender & rosemary , and grey salt . Make a rub with this mix then add a bit of olive oil and rub it on.

This is quality lamb . BUT they used have to 2 racks in one pack for around $20-30 (depending on lbs) Now it’s only 1 rack for the same price…. Very disappointing.
