My favorite thing about it is the water pitcher and how it refills itself. The ice maker was the main reason we got a new refrigerator. It would freeze the whole thing and ice wouldn’t come out. This has the ice machine in with the freezer and produces two sizes of ice.

The notification on my phone for when the door is left open is very helpful along with being able to control temps, view energy usage and even customize what you use the 3rd section for.

It has a beverage center with a Very convenient automatically refilled water pitcher. Forget something and leave the door open a little too long? No need to worry. There is an alarm for that. I will keep notifying you and eventually flashes the light inside the refrigerator. The doors are amazing. My son is older now, so we don’t have any certificates hanging on the fridge. The door is made of a glass type material. The deli drawer in the middle is great. You can setup the temperature setting for that specific drawer. Can’t decide what kind of ice to make. This machine churns out 2 types of ice at the same time. I also like the quick reach drinks in the door. Somehow it has much more room and runs much better. The layout is excellent and I really like this refrigerator. I also like the beverage center it is very useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and had it delivered. They dropped it off on my walkway. No fault of Samsung of course. The unit is adequate for my needs. I’m not a fan of the ice maker. It has a large tray but doesn’t produce a lot of ice for the space it takes up. Other than that, it has been great.

The delivery people said they weren't allowed to hook up the water line, which seems odd since it states that this is part of installation, and no new water line was with the refrigerator. The description says it would be. Other than having to hook it up myself and get the heavy refrigerator in place alone, I have had no issues with the refrigerator. It has made Ice as described and cooled the refrigerator and freezer as expected. It is nice to have the cool water always available. The filter has a small filtering effect, so I continue to use my counter filter for drinking water. The fridge looks good, is easy to keep clean, and I enjoy having the small middle drawer to organize certain foods to my convenience.

If you are always on the run, have kids, or like to host this is the Refrigerator of your dreams. Grabbing ice is quick and you have to love the ice bites for cocktails. The beverage center with water pitcher and autofill might just be our favorite feature. It makes it so easy to fill my families water bottles when we are on the go. We also love the flex drawer as we can use it for deli meats or a secondary freezer! Lastly we are amazed how perfect the custom panels matched our existing kitchen cabinets.

Technician was amazing. The reason why it took a month someone to come and fix it is because Samsung wouldn’t send someone after 4pm to the connivence of the customer due to work. After business hours should be included.
