The front door has a secret panel holding a filtered water pitcher which is genius and makes door holder accessible. The finish allows for us to write on it notes and reminders throughout the day with dry erase markers. We love this product!

Having the ice maker separate from the water dispenser is a convenient and better addition to this model. Have had past Samsung refrigerators and there were always issues with the ice dispensers in the door.

The middle drawer with the different chill features is perfect for deli meats or keeping your drinks at an ideal temperature. And the outer door on the fridge is perfect for getting a quick drink. Overall the fridge has been my favorite so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this bespoke 4 section fridge to replace my previous Samsung fridge that stopped making ice due to the ice tray freezing. This new Samsung fridge is an upgrade in every way. The stainless steel finish does easily scratch with just paper towels, oddly enough, but it's really clean not having handles on the front of the fridge. having four sections to the fridge where I can control the exact temperature is just great. I have a section for just drinks only, and a much smaller freezer as I also have a full size standing freezer in the garage. The seal for each section keeps the fridge cooled properly, exactly how I wanted it to be set up. The built in water dispenser with the fruit infused things is cool too.

The consistency on making ice plus it comes with 2 sizes of ice cubes we love it . Having a fresh cold water is awesome, the organizers inside the fridge and the freezer is perfect plus’s the veggies and fruits space one more thing the space for meet and all the snacks is super convenient the cooler for different areas and space is very convenient we love are bespoke refrigerator and we very recommend it… thank you.

The meat, beverage drawer is so handy! The interior is bright and spacious. This was easy to set up. Having two sizes of ice seemed unnecessary however the ice bits are great for crushing and small necked water bottles. I wish the water jug inside wasn’t plastic. I’d prefer glass despite the weight. I can’t abide the plastic taste of the water. Getting the fruit taste out is difficult after you’ve infused. The lower freezer is very spacious and easy to organize and have access to.

Freezer & fridge have a lot of room and ice machine works great love being able to change the outside finish for different styles

I have run into a few small problems with it, but nothing that makes me regret the purchase. The interchangeable glass panels can also be used as a whiteboard, which is really nice.
