The front door has a secret panel holding a filtered water pitcher which is genius and makes door holder accessible. The finish allows for us to write on it notes and reminders throughout the day with dry erase markers. We love this product!

Having the ice maker separate from the water dispenser is a convenient and better addition to this model. Have had past Samsung refrigerators and there were always issues with the ice dispensers in the door.

The freezer is decent size and we like the option of 2 different sizes of ice. Overall I would recommend this as we really love ours

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge so far .. had it installed over 2 years without issue. The refilling pitcher is a game changer for us. It can be a little temperamental sometimes on refilling. Adding a small magnet on top of the pitcher solve that issue. Filter change is easy (Amazon sells 3rd party ones cheap) hoping this lasts a long as our LG which lasted 14 years

Freezer & fridge have a lot of room and ice machine works great love being able to change the outside finish for different styles

Great fridge overall, the issue is the screen. With the screen being the main source to manage the fridge, when it goes out everything becomes stuck, even from your phone. Fridge overall stays at consistent temps and it has plenty of space making it easily accessible.

I purchased this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator expecting premium quality, but after normal household use, the interior panel below the water filter developed a large vertical crack. There was no impact or misuse—this appears to be a defect in the material or manufacturing. What makes the experience even worse is the lack of support. A refrigerator in this price range should not crack like this under normal conditions, and customers shouldn't have to fight to get a defective part repaired or replaced. I expected much better from Samsung. If you're considering this model, be aware that the quality may not match the price. I hope Samsung improves both the durability of its products and how it handles warranty claims. If Samsung denied your warranty claim or asked you to pay for the repair, I can make the review even stronger by including those details in a factual, persuasive way.
