Hmm... not sure if I just became color blind, but I can tell you the Samsung "white" if NOT white. My cabinets are white... the glass panels I received with the fridge look grey next to my cabinets. Samsung should clarify a specific color code for each of their colors so the buyers can confirm it matches their decor. Most manufactures dealing with colors can provide you with either a Benjamin Moore, Behr, PPG or a Valspar code or even a crayola for reference. Now I'm stuck with this "off-white" that doesn't match anything around it.

Great fridge with awesome features. We bought this last month due to our previous fridge was beginning to fail and not work properly. Love the looks and features of this model. The auto water pitcher stands out as something we didn't think we would use, but love!

The side indentation does not allow you to store 16.9 oz bottles comfortable, or beer bottles, shelving does not have much height flexibility. I’ve purchased additional storage bins to maintain organization. I am enjoying ice making machine, water taste pretty good. I don’t buy bottle water as often.

I was worried about the water dispenser being a pain because I need to open the door but I have found we really like the feature. The only issue we have had so far is when we replaced the water filter it caused a leak under the fridge because we did not make sure we had it fully locked in. Fortunately, my child notice water and we were able to fix the issue by reinstalling it correctly.

1 Star – Looks Great in Photos, But Total Regret This fridge is all show and no substance. It looks sleek, but in reality, it’s a constant headache wrapped in fingerprint-prone stainless steel. In under 2 years, I’ve had to submit three separate service requests: Two for water leaking inside the fridge And now it trips every GFCI outlet in my kitchen — making it completely useless where it’s meant to be installed. My home is brand new (built in 2021), and I even had a licensed electrician replace the outlet and confirm everything is wired perfectly. Samsung support kept trying to blame my house instead of addressing what is clearly a defect in the fridge. It took way too much effort just to get a warranty repair scheduled. On top of all that? The stainless steel finish collects fingerprints like crazy, and the interior feels cheap and flimsy — nothing like what you'd expect for this price point. The shelves and drawers feel more budget than premium. If you’re shopping based on aesthetics and smart features, don’t fall for it. This fridge has been one of the most frustrating appliance purchases I’ve ever made. Spend your money on something built to last — this isn’t it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who knew that you could get excited over a refrigerator? I have never had a fridge quite like this one with all its wonderful features. We have the white glass panels and they are super easy to keep clean. To be honest, I wasn’t really sure how much I would like this model, but it looks very simple and elegant. Let’s start on the bottom and move up. The freezer is a large drawer and is very spacious. I wasn’t sure how I would like a drawer, but it definitely has more room than I expected. It’s a little harder to keep things organized than a freezer with shelves, but it is not hard to move things around and find your items. On the top of the drawer is a tray that has your ice maker. It makes two different size ice cubes which is really convenient and on top of the ice is a little scoop. The ice maker takes up half of the tray and on the other side is a little space for smaller items. We like to keep our ice for lunch boxes in this space and my migraine ice caps. Above the freezer is another drawer that you can use on different settings. We use ours as a beverage drawer and fill it with soda and water. It keeps our drinks at a perfect temperature and it’s really handy to just grab your drink from the drawer. Next is the fridge which is very spacious. It has two doors and the doors each have shelves to help organize. There are three shelves in the fridge and they are somewhat adjustable. There are two drawers inside… I use one for my veggies/fruits and the other for deli product like meat and cheese. On the left side, there is this mini door that opens up to a water dispenser and also an autofill pitcher. I love this feature because we can grab some ice from the freezer compartment and then grab our water from the pitcher and the next time we go back into the fridge, the pitcher is full again. Or you can just use the water dispenser to fill your glass up. All-in-all, my whole family loves this fridge and it has been a great addition to our kitchen. And when someone forgets to close the door, it alerts to my phone and even on our TV. The app is easy to use and shows pertinent information.

We ordered the blue for frig doors to match our backsplash and white for bottom to match cabinets. It looks amazing and fun. Also did counter depth to fit more inline with our galley type kitchen. It has more room than we anticipated, but we are now empty nesters and family of 2. The middle pull out drawer is a bonus for us and use it for deli type items vs setting it up as freezer items. I thought we may miss the ice dispenser but turns out not a big deal because we love the 2 different cube sizes. At some point we may order different color panels to mix it up.
