Fridge is great so far. Not much room for large items such a milk. My biggest complaint is the stainless steel panels. They are horrible, scratches immediately from the frequent cleaning necessary as every fingerprint and smudge is left with every use. Worse finish I've ever had on a fridge. Had it a month and already buying different panels cause I can't stand how dirty and scratched they are already.

this unit is not fingerprint and smudge proof as originally informed. it is very poorly made. the ice maker has the ":cube ice" and "crushed ice" feature. you can only get about 3 cups of ice a day. the ice maker does not make ice on a regular schedule. lastly but most important. i prefer the crushed ice. the last two times i was able to get a cup of ice, i had broken pieces of plastic in my ice. this second time i bit into the plastic and chipped my tooth. for the price we paid for this unit, it is not worth it!!!

We love the fact that we don’t have to refill the water pitcher, that we can control the features and receive warnings on our phone, that we get 2 sizes of ice cubes, and on top of that, we can change our panels and give a whole new look to our kitchen without having to replace the refrigerator!

The only thing is we had Samsung install the fridge and later found out that the beverage center wasn’t installed properly. Be sure to check everything! But otherwise, the fridge is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator two months ago. So far it’s working well and am happy with the purchase. It’s nice and cold. It is a little wider and comes out more than fitting flush in my kitchen but I do have a smaller kitchen area. I can live with it and still think this refrigerator is beautiful. I purchased it in the color white.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned this for almost six months and love it so much!! The counter depth model has more space than our old fridge and the drink station keeps all the drinks in one place and the water pitcher makes filling water bottles fast and fun!!

Do not buy this refrigerator, they are no longer manufacturing it, so it something goes work they cannot replace it and they do not refund you for the glass panes (required) to purchase the refrigerator. They only refund you for the actual refrigerator, so you end up losing money. Samsung considers the glass panes require at purchase an accessory.

Samsung has come around and redesigned this model into BESPOKE. We are very happy so far with our new refrigerator. The two bin ice system and the cold water beverage system is great. Kudos. Would recommend this model!

If you are always on the run, have kids, or like to host this is the Refrigerator of your dreams. The beverage center with water pitcher and auto fill might just be our favorite feature. We also love the flex drawer as we can use it for deli meats or a secondary freezer! Lastly we are amazed how perfect the custom panels matched our existing kitchen cabinets. Love it
