Love the bells and whistles in this refrigerator; just wish it was a bit larger. Not a fan of having to move things out to reach items on the shelves in the back. This was one of the only refrigerators that would fir through our doorways and under our cabinet. we are enjoying the knock- knock feature and being able to open the beverage door for easy access to the items kept there; coffee creamer for one. All of the ice options are great as well as the water dispenser.

Let me just say.... I LOVE MY LG fridge with it's 4 types of ice! It is actually often the topic of conversation when I have guests. We love it so much so that my son bought the exact same one as well! It lost a star because the ice maker in the door went bad just after the 1 year mark and the craft ice is slow, really slow to produce those awesome large balls of ice for rock drinks. I was a bit concerned when we went from a 42" wide fridge to this 36" but it really has plenty of adjustable space inside.

The mirrored door is a lovely feature as well. It truly elevated our kitchen when we don't have the money for a remodel. The knock knock door is a nice feature but it really only shows the condiments. The bottom freezer drawers are great and spacious while also keeping us from overbuying which we needed. Would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the look, the space, and the glass door.  We bought it for the craft, mini cubed, crushed and cubed ices that it produces.  After we hooked it up the ice was shedding what looks like pulp, galley dust and the water tasted like chlorine (chemically).  We figured the lines just needed to flush (even after we purged the water filter like we had on our other fridge).  After 2 weeks of emptying the ice daily, the water still tasted like a hose.  I finally went out and bought a new water filter and replaced it.  Yay, the water finally tasted like our water.  I don’t understand why, but almost a month later the ice is still just as nasty.  Perhaps it’s really nasty lines the ice collects water from but it looks disgusting and I hope it’s not carcinogenic.  If this was not a problem I’d give it 4.5 stars because the door hinges need a soft close to keep them from slamming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for about 6 months and love it. We go through a lot of ice and water and this fridge delivers. With the craft ice lasting for hours. My only issue is the glass does collect fingerprints but that was not a surprise and was a tradeoff we liked versus the SS door. We like to be able to see inside and use the outer door routinely. We still comment on how much we love this fridge!

We love our new refrigerator! We get ice for all our drinks, and this fridge has 4 different types! The spherical Craft Ice ice is so fun to use when we have guests over and we love using the mini cubed ice for everyday use. The fridge has a very sleek look inside and out and we like the minimalist look of having no visible door handles. The water dispenser also looks very nice with just a few touch sensitive buttons (all the operational buttons for the fridge are on the inside).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator several weeks ago and it works as advertised. A slightly smaller footprint than our previous one, but with the same capacity. The glass door is handy, and is a fingerprint grabber, but that was expected.

Loving it, After 10+ years of using our Bosch French door refrigerator it was time to change, we have LG washers and dryers around same age and very happy with both products. It's been about 20 days new LG french door refrigerator placed, Much larger space for both fridge and freezer. 4 different types of ice and 3 ice storages, old one use to run out of ice first thing in the morning. Quiet. Great lighting. Highly recommend

Just under a year and there is a flaw inthe door wiring where upon opening and closing eventually the wire will wear through. This caused the wire to arc on the metal hinge frying the main board. This is covered under warranty however the process is extremelyt slow. We have escalated to Presidential team but nothing can be done until after 30 days! What a joke. We are over 14 days already with out a working refrigerator and stuck. DO NOT BUY LG PROUDCTS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really was excited about this fridge; however, it’s been a real disappointment. I really love the door where you can put things in the front of the fridge. The ice makers are horrible and useless. I was excited about the big balls of ice, but that only lasted a few months then the bucket that holds the ice froze over and there was just sheets of ice. We defrosted the area and it did not make a difference back to sheets of ice. The ice maker in the door is not any better. Even with not using the door ice maker that much it completely stopped working. Got an LG part, first delivery the part was damaged. The second delivery the part did not work. To pay this much for a fridge and the ice makers to be substandard is disappointing. The ice makers are not sturdy and broke with really not a lot of use.
