[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years we've brought many LG appliances into our lives and have continuously been extremely happy. From our microwave, dishwasher, TVs, plus our original introduction to LG, our large capacity washer and dryer, which 11 years later are both still going strong, we've become huge fans! This refrigerator's no exception and is absolutely fantastic in design, functionality, and capacity! LG used every bit of the 26 cubic square feet smartly making storage and organization easy and maximizing the amount it can hold. With door in door for quick access, Multiple in door storage shelves, split adjustable primary shelves, multiple fridge and freezer drawers, it holds a lot, and is customizable to meet various needs and keep food visible. The door dispenser height fits our water bottles perfectly, dispensing both crushed and cubed ice as well as water. The mini cubes and craft ice dispense below directly into their freezer bins. Visually, it is sleek and gorgeous! I love the clean lines created by the hidden handles which are both on the top and bottom of the doors. We currently have ours pulled out while we finish some remodeling work, but the unit is true counter depth. The knock feature is great for true "window shopping" without letting the cold out and the lighting is great! The interior is evenly well-lit plus the outside motion activated LED is handy. We are beyond happy with our new LG and have zero qualms recommending it!

I had to replace my refrigerator, did some research and LG was the recommended brand by Consumer Reports. I found this model and it was the perfect fit! No handles and counter depth gives it a nice smooth look. I love the different ice options! Craft ice, mini cubes, or regular cubes through the door! The freezer and refrigerator compartment keep the set temperature throughout the compartments. The other features are very nice also. Door in a door is more convenient than I ever thought it would be and helps keep the refrigerator cooler by only opening the small door. The see through door is pretty cool though I really don't use it much. Would I buy it again? Absolutely!

The mirrored finish is beautiful, the functionality is so well thought out, and the craft ice is a party favorite. The look of this fridge transformed our entire kitchen. The interior provides a ton of space and the window to see drinks is super helpful. I can not recommend this LG refrigerator enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this LG refrigerator for two weeks and love it. It is very modern looking and has tons of space. The mirror door opens for bin access only or you can open the full door for inside. This frig makes craft ice, large round cocktail ice balls, or regular cubes. The temp controls and filter are easy to access. The freezer has three pull out drawers! This frig lights up when you walk by! Double tap the mirror and it lights up to show what’s inside. Beautiful stainless steel, easy to wipe clean. Door grips are recessed at the top and bottom. We love this machine!

We absolutely love the counter depth and feel we have plenty of space - in spite of the smaller footprint. In fact, we feel this is a bonus, as with our previous refrigerator (larger) we were constantly losing things and then throwing them away. Everything is perfect with the LG ThinQ. We honestly LOVE the 4 types of ice produced. That's a LOT of ice!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the refrigerator is great. It has a ton of room, looks great inside and out. It does take a lot to keep the fingerprints off of the window from showing but I usually keep a towel close by and wipe it down when I se the fingerprints from my kids. If you hate fingerprints, this is not the refrigerator for you. As for the ice, I like having different options and is pretty great for different drinks. It seems that the ice spheres and mini cubed ice limits the amount that it will allow you to make. The ice spheres only adds one layer of ice for a total of about 24 mini spheres even though it can hold about 75 and same thing for the mini cubes. It stops making after the tub is 1/4-1/2 the way full. I wish this was changed to allow more, not sure why is it does not even come close to being full and spilling over

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator! Has plenty of room. The only downside would be the smudge factor, it is very sensitive to fingerprints, granted they can easily be wiped off, but this is a constant process.

We purchased the unit 3-4 months ago. Seems to work well and wi-fi control from a phone is very helpful. For example, we were gone for a month traveling. I turned off the ice makers before we left. The unit has in-door ice plus 2 specialty ices in the freezer drawer. Upon our return, I just could not unlock the secret to turning on 1 of the specialty ices, the ice balls. I connected the fridge to my phone and I was able to easily turn on the maker from it.

I purchased this product about 8 months ago. It is a very nice fridge although my mini ice cube maker feeler arm has malfunctioned already and needs repair. The craft ice is awesome but it’s not a complete sphere as there is a flat bottom. It stops making craft once the bucket gets to about 15 spheres in the tray. Still awesome fridge. The LG mobile app is cool to use in controlling the fridge and updating on product needs, such as filters.

My doors are not levelled. The support request simply points YouTube videos,. I am not very handy with all this and that's kind of throwing me off
