[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG Smart Mirror InstaView® Counter-Depth MAX™ French Door Refrigerator is the best refrigerator I ever owned. This 26 cubic foot refrigerator has every cool feature and upgrade; way exceeding my expectations. First of all, this is a counter depth refrigerator so it looks so nice in my kitchen because it's aligned with my counters and doesn't stick out past them -- this creates a smooth a polished look in my kitchen. Next, you can see inside of the refrigerator without even opening the doors -- how great is that and what a great energy saver! Did I mention this was a quiet refrigerator? No more loud refrigerator noise which is such a small thing, but an important feature. I love the french doors and there's plenty of room inside to store all my food. The spacious interior is what I love the most. I can also make four different types of ice cubes and the ice and water dispenser is tall so I can use larger bottles to fill with no problems. Lastly, the stainless steel is beautiful to look at and the look screams 'expensive' though the refrigerator runs at a great price. I couldn't be happier with this new fridge!!!

My husband is so pleased with the craft ice feature bc he makes Old Fashioneds and the ice balls are perfect! The tap screen has been so helpful for my kids who love to open and close the fridge on a regular basis too. And the double front door? It's everything!

It looks great and is very quiet - the build quality appears to be really good for the price, but the stainless-steel front is painfully thin compared to a Sub Zero. The door in door feature has been more useful for grabbing regular items and the mirror finish avoids most fingerprints. The 4 types of ice have also been used more than I thought; whilst "regular ice" is fine, it's awesome to dump a huge sphere of ice in a cocktail to reduce dilution. I really like the metrics that come through the ThinQ app - power, water usage etc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am writing this review to cover my new LG refrigerator. I want to start off by saying, I really like this refrigerator and I will add some information in this review that some might take as a negative but really it is just a Con with respect to my preferences and experiences with previous refrigerators. I will tell you the Pros and Cons from my perspective. I want to start out with the delivery process. The delivery company that was selected was nothing but the ultimate display of professionalism. From the first contact to set up the delivery to the moment they walked out of my home. Part of my review I wanted to experience the actual install myself and see what I liked and didn’t. So the refrigerator was delivered just inside my front door, unboxed and ready for me to install. I specifically asked the delivery men to do just that and sent them on their way. So I did a quick tour of the unit and familiarized myself with the features, like to doors, drawers, shelves, trays, hoses, cord and yes the owners manual. I took some time to read the owners manual and get a good feel for the install before I started. I removed all of the plastic and tape used to secure and protect the unit. I would like to say, once unwrapped it is truly a beautiful refrigerator. I got the stainless steel one and you can see in the pictures. So while this was new it has many of the features that my current refrigerator has but many more improved ones. I will say though that I honestly spent a few moments trying to locate the power cord. Every other refrigerator I have ever owned had a power cord on the bottom back or middle back. This one is on the top of the refrigerator and hangs down. I think a great feature as you plug it in and roll it back ensures you won’t roll over the cord. The next thing to tackle was the water supply for the ice makers. The delivery team provided me with a new one that was in the box and it was super easy to install on the refrigerator and the connection to the wall. Perfect fit and minimal tools needed. During the entire set up it was the only tool I needed other than the leveling tool that is provided. Ok.. let’s talk about features. First is the Counter depth size of this refrigerator. I personally love this aspect of the unit as it allows you more room than a non counter depth unit. Sometimes every inch in the kitchen matters. Now one thing to consider is how this unit sits in your kitchen. If you have counters on both sides this refrigerator will be perfect. My kitchen has a wall on the right side, this does not allow me to open the door fully when it is pushed all the way back. However the way the wall is I just have to pull it forward a few inches. Again.. this is my kitchen though and not the refrigerators bad. My favorite feature on this refrigerator is the ice makers. Yes I said makers. It makes four kinds of ice, cubed, crushed, craft and mini cubes. The beautiful part is, the craft and mini cube are deposited right in separate bins in the freezer portion of this refrigerator. Always full and ready when you want it. I absolutely love that feature of the refrigerator. The next feature is a window into your fridge. The entire door on the right side is a glass window that you can knock two times and it lights up, when not lit up it acts as a mirror. That was something to get used to because I am not used to seeing myself in the refrigerator so it takes time to adjust to. Now I don’t even notice it. However, that window allows you to open it and access the products on the door without having to open the entire refrigerator to get something. It’s a wonderful feature. There is also lights between the refrigerator and freezer portion that when you walk by it lights up. Very handy at night when you want to have some light in the kitchen to get ice or water and don’t want to turn on the full kitchen lights. Inside the refrigerator are very similar to many others with the exception of the temp controls and ice controls. They are very conveniently placed and easy to understand and use. Here are a couple things that I am still trying to adjust to and again this is really a person thing for me and not the performance of the refrigerator. First, the ice maker side of the refrigerator door closes very hard. I am getting use to learning how not to slam it. The next thing is the glass door and fingerprints on the door. As you can see in the pictures this refrigerator does not have protruding handles like other refrigerators but those are on the top and bottom of the doors as hand holds in the door. This just takes some adjustment to get used to but again, it does not effect the refrigerator at all. Another great feature is the app that goes along with this and other LG products. I recommend getting that app and using the service of the staff that monitors the questions and chat feature. I have learned from them already. Plus it allows me to access the health of the refrigerator at the palm of my hand. That’s a great feature for sure. Lastly I will say, overall this is a wonderful refrigerator. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a refrigerator of this kind. LG is a solid brand and I have many other products in my home that I rely on the LG brand. You can’t go wrong buying this refrigerator in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves this refrigerator. There are so many functions and conveniences in this well thought out design. Firstly, the exterior is sharp looking and doesn’t gather all of the fingerprints and smudges that frustrate me as the one who cleans the refrigerator. Next is the door view that allows you to see what is available before opening and letting all of the cool air out. We put our drinks on this side since it is the most accessible and most used item in the refrigerator. The French door top with bottom freezer is a different layout than we previously had and at first this was quite an adjustment but now that we organized everything, I am liking this type of design better for shopping and storage. Another plus is that this has more ice functions so we don’t have to put in trays for different ice shapes for when we entertain and serve adult beverages. Overall this is a great solution for our family.

I had to replace my refrigerator, did some research and LG was the recommended brand by Consumer Reports. I found this model and it was the perfect fit! No handles and counter depth gives it a nice smooth look. I love the different ice options! Craft ice, mini cubes, or regular cubes through the door! The freezer and refrigerator compartment keep the set temperature throughout the compartments. The other features are very nice also. Door in a door is more convenient than I ever thought it would be and helps keep the refrigerator cooler by only opening the small door. The see through door is pretty cool though I really don't use it much. Would I buy it again? Absolutely!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it. The only thing that really bothers me is the flip out stanchion that seals the freezer and refrigerator doors. Also the condiments in the doors rattle and clank very badly when the doors close. Overall, seems to be working well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome Refrigerator and my wife loves. I am still having issues with the wifi setup and has contacted support for issues. Nothing about the wifi setup is valid in the manual. Great other than this issue.

My doors are not levelled. The support request simply points YouTube videos,. I am not very handy with all this and that's kind of throwing me off
