Love this fridge. Went counter depth so had to give up about 5 cu ft but it is spacious even with a that said. Great ice making capability with 4 different shapes and size of ice. Only issue we had was the sensor in the door stuck and ice kept coming out. Really like the knock on see through door.

We have had our new LG Refrigerator for 2 months and absolutely love it. The design and ease of use is fantastic. We are able to easily store all that we need in both the cooling and freezer sections. The compartments are designed for quick access and easy organization. The water/ice dispenser is very easy to use as well.

We go through a ton of ice and the four different types have been able to keep up with us. It is very spacious and helps to make it less cluttered. The ice dispenser is great and doesn’t dump out a ton all at one time. The craft ice is a great feature - the clear mode ice keeps from melting too quick. We could probably do without the mirror and instaview, but that is just us. I also wish it had door handles, but that again is minor. Overall, fantastic fridge.

Since I am a first time LG customer, I am still learning some of the features. This refrigerator is very sleek with its thin profile and no handles. However, I have found that I am constantly cleaning the glass door since there are no handles. I love the door in door feature though. It is very convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for several weeks now, it replaced a side by side fridge and I honestly really, REALLY love this fridge! Love at fridge sight, to tell you the truth. This is counter depth, which is as concerned about, but it is so incredibly spacious. The funny thing is that I actually find that this fridge keeps me so much more organized than the side by side. I can see everything that we have and nothing gets lost. One of the unique and interesting things about this fridge is that one side is glass and when you knock on the door, a light turns on and you can view into what you have. You can put drinks or most used items on the glass door area and you can quickly see what you have. To add to the coolness of this fridge is that, you can open the glass partition and it doesn’t open the entire door, it just open the front and you can grab whatever you need without having to open the entire fridge door. I love that feature! Also, if you live in a warm weather climate like I do, this thing is an ice making beast. It makes craft ice align with your regular and cubed ice. Amazing!!! We were constantly running out of ice before with our old fridge and now we joke around about how ice rich we are now. It’s awesome. Love love this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the refrigerator. It’s quiet and maintains its temperature evenly. It also has a lot more space than my previous LG counter depth one. Why 3 stars: 1) Fingerprints - this fridge is a fingerprint magnet 2) Doors came severely out of alignment. I had to call LG to get additional shims as the 2 included were not enough. 3) Not specific to this new fridge, but my last LG knock knock fridge only lasted 4 years and 2 months before dyeing. I question the reliability of the LG brand - time will tell.

It looks great and is very quiet - the build quality appears to be really good for the price, but the stainless-steel front is painfully thin compared to a Sub Zero. The door in door feature has been more useful for grabbing regular items and the mirror finish avoids most fingerprints. The 4 types of ice have also been used more than I thought; whilst "regular ice" is fine, it's awesome to dump a huge sphere of ice in a cocktail to reduce dilution. I really like the metrics that come through the ThinQ app - power, water usage etc

The design and product itself is amazing. Beautiful and truly state of the art. I love the craft ice feature. We have had an issue though the with fan for the indoor ice-maker which took away the experience a bit. Working on getting it fixed but had to remove all items from the fridge, unplug it and let it sit open overnight. Not what you want to do with a brand new and expensive fridge. That said, if it gets fixed and stays that way, it's an amazing fridge in so many ways.

We replaced a 22 cubic ft, counter depth with the LG counter depth max. After having it for a month, we are very happy with it. The extra storage space is a huge improvement and it doesn't seem to stick out any farther. All three ice makers have been producing more than enough ice, even when we have company over, which was a massive issue with the Samsung. The door-in-door feature, I thought was ridiculous at first however, I use it more than I expected for condiments and sauces. The only odd thing about the fridge is not having door handles, but we've gotten used to it quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure: I was skeptical when making this purchase. I read a lot of reviews, checked pricing, you name it. I have been happy with my decision. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the decision behind the LG support model. I was concerned when - after day 4 - the Craft Ice maker had not resulted in any Craft Ice. The instructions state 48 hours. When I opened a ticket with LG, the response was to send.me a video. A video that did not help me, as the model in video was different than mine. Eventually craft ice did drop, but the model from LG is concerning. When not call me and we can walk through my concerns together?
