The fridge is very roomy on the inside, especially for a counter depth size. The fact that it doesn't have handles is taking me some time to get used to only because my last fridge had them. The mirror is prone to fingerprints but the stainless isn't. The water pressure on the water dispenser is good. The 4 different ice sizes is a nice feature. We feel so bougie with our craft ice! The big drawer is big enough for our berry baskets. The freezer is pretty roomy and has 2 drawers and a bottom section. Half of one of the drawers is taken up with 2 ice containers. The water filter was easy to get to and easy to install. I really love the fact that it has a light bar at the top of the freezer drawer that comes on when it senses that you're nearby. I love that I can knock on the mirror and the light will come on. It's handy to see that the ketchup is better accessed by opening the door, or vice versa. It saves on unnecessary door opening. Overall, so far, we are loving it. We are happy with the purchase.

Love the look and no handle design. The water and ice dispenser are messier than my other LG refrigerator. The ice shoots out with force and doesn’t always ring the glass. I love being able to easily see what is in the refrigerator and also the front of the mirrored door opens without opening the entire door to allow access to what is in the door. I find this very convenient.

I bought this for your craft ice balls. You can call the, anything but balls. 3/4 moon 1/2 moon but not balls. You’re then told these shapes are within spec. A gimmick and a joke. Also the water dispensed is slightly cool at best. And now my one year warranty has expired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved south and needed to replace my LG 30cu fridge. After tons of research, I decided to buy another LG. My criteria was the instaview: door-in-door option, counter depth, the largest size/max, ice and water on the outside panel, and multiple ice options. I'd give it 5 stars except due to lack of handles I am constantly cleaning up the fingerprints off the glass. Also, there's another counter depth max option that has a superior water dispenser system (but lacks the door-in-door). It was a trade off. Here's what's great: the door-in-door is a rock solid feature. We store all our drinks on the door and open/close the fridge door. All the ice options (again except the OK water and ice dispenser) provides our large family a good supply of ice and accessible water. It's super QUIET and COLD! And it's a great size! For us the fingerprints were an acceptable (grumbling) trade off to having the door-in-door option. But if you have small kids, think twice.

Our previous counter-depth fridge only had 19.8 cu ft of interior space. With that in mind, the huge capacity of this LG model is what we love most about it. To fit 26 cu ft into *almost* the same tight space is phenomenal. I say *almost* because this fridge sticks out a lot farther than my old one — not because it's much deeper, but because of the poor door hinge design. I have room to push the fridge back even more, and I could if it had better door hinges. With the design as-is, the doors will hit the cabinetry on either side of the fridge if I push it back any farther. That's my only major qualm with this model, and the only thing standing in the way of a 5-star rating. A second, minor qualm is that the doors slam shut unless you guide them all the way closed. This LG fridge is whisper-quiet, spacious, and cools to the exact temperatures you set (confirmed with two separate infrared temperature guns). The freezer is especially large, and it has an excellent layout that maximizes the available space. I also love that you can open the front of the glass panel on the right to quickly grab things from the extra large door shelves (blurred for privacy in the attached image). The "Mirror InstaView Window" knock feature is a neat novelty, but I doubt I'll ever use it. The craft ice is a nice bonus, especially the big round scotch cubes and the mini cubes that my dog loves. Wi-Fi features work fine, but they don't add much value and are unnecessary for most people. It's also worth noting that LG's installers were fantastic. They were fast, professional, and left my kitchen spotless. All in all, it's a fantastic fridge so far and I would definitely recommend it.

I like it for the most part, but there is no point in having four kinds of ice at the speed it makes ice. 6 to 12 pieces of craft ice. The bin next to it also moves absurdly slowly. I have to have a countertop ice maker, and surprised ice being made in a much colder environment is not anywhere near as fast. But again, otherwise it’s great.

The new LG fridge came with a light off under right door first, then the ice was never made after 48 hours, then the door alarm kept beeping so we had to plug out the power. The fridge has been returned, we would never use LG again and I will tell everyone I know about this story. So terrible product that made us have 2 weeks without fridge to use!

I have had this fridge for three years, yesterday after 6 repair visits it was deemed not repairable. This whole experience has been a complete dumpster fire, of bad customer service, poor quality equipment and lots of wasted food. Please never buy anything LG you will regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly our favorite fridge ever. Love the glass door. Learned to love the round cubes. One little problem and two bigger ones. Wish we could adjust shelf height a little more. Ice is slow. Got some trays for round ice and stay busy keeping the bin full during hot days. Have had repairs twice: once for seals and once for the fan. Runners wore out from ice build up when seals needed replacing. But we love the fridge and are very happy with it for over a year. Get the extended warranty.

Has not cooled for three months since purchase on 08/10/2024 for new home refrigerator. Outside contractor stated he could not fix it: LG tech has replaced 6 major parts; still does not work. Presidential liaison is sending the LG tech again on 11/27/2024. Can not have a Thanksgiving dinner in new house with new appliances
