Great product! I have already recommended this to friends.

You get to make it just like you like it. Pizza comes out perfect when I use the pre-made crusts. Using pizza dough has been a challenge. There is a learning process and I am still learning. Be sure to use cornmeal on the bottom or the dough will stick to the counter, the boards, and the pizza stone. Sometimes the dough will not stretch out into a circle or when you do get it to stretch it will have holes which isn't good because then the topping gets onto the stone and will burn. The Piezano works great and the pizza does get done in 3 - 4 minutes. I do turn the temp down to around 600 after heating it up all the way so that it gets done without burning on bottom or top. We have really enjoyed making pizza our way and will keep trying to perfect making the fresh dough.

its good but no matter the little amount of dough u use it expends and it touchs the top burner !

My oven doesn't ever get to a hot enough temp to cook the pizza, I had to stick in my regular oven, very disappointed :((

I absolutely love this product. It is excellent to cook on. It's very convenient and fun to cook on as well. The Pizzano is a game changer! We make pizza about every week and haven’t ordered carry out for months since we bought this.

This product works but has some issues the wooden paddle that they give you throw them out use parchment paper underneath this why there is less mess and you can turn the pizza while it is cooking because you need to turn the pizza or it will burn

I bought this for my granddaughter so I am basing my review on what she said. Easy to use and pizza came out looking and tasting great. She says she will use it often since her husband and their 10 year live pizza.
