This was a great upgrade from my old pizza oven. It provides all of the short comings of such as the dual temperature control, temperature gauge, and a viewing window. Makes a great pizza.

Great for a pizza lover, you can control the crispness of both top and bottom, we put a large tortilla with all the fixens & the crust is as crispy as a cracker.

Just used this pizza oven that I got in our family White elephant gift. I wanted it and would up getting it. I love gadgets and this worked GREAT. Pizza was crust and cooked fine.

Makes delicious pizza, you do have to try using different temperatures to get it to cook how you like it. But once you get it down it is definitely worth it!

Purchased for wife. After second use it started to smoke like crazy. After cleaning per the instructions still smokes. Took two(2) days to reduce smoke smell.

Major big hit as a birthday gift. That night they used it to make pizzas. There really is a huge difference between this pizza maker and throwing a pizza in the oven. This pizza tastes delicious from this pizza maker. It cooks pizza fast, as well. Have your pizzas ready to go if you plan on making more than one at the time of cooking them. What a great pizza maker. We chose to go with this particular "Piezano" brand rather than ones that look like it but are a little cheaper. It comes with recipes but you can find them free online. Some stores have pizza dough ready to go in a ball. You'll have to make it into a flat circle. You can flavor the crust after the pizza is done so the seasoning melts into the dough as it cools a bit. Very good quality. No smoke issues. Can make doughy or crispy pizzas. This is easy to carry around and transport. If you have a large group, let people make different pizzas.

You get to make it just like you like it. Pizza comes out perfect when I use the pre-made crusts. Using pizza dough has been a challenge. There is a learning process and I am still learning. Be sure to use cornmeal on the bottom or the dough will stick to the counter, the boards, and the pizza stone. Sometimes the dough will not stretch out into a circle or when you do get it to stretch it will have holes which isn't good because then the topping gets onto the stone and will burn. The Piezano works great and the pizza does get done in 3 - 4 minutes. I do turn the temp down to around 600 after heating it up all the way so that it gets done without burning on bottom or top. We have really enjoyed making pizza our way and will keep trying to perfect making the fresh dough.
