I could not be happier with my LG French Door refrigerator. I had originally bought a Frigidaire and had to return two of them due to defects. We went with the LG and so far it has been perfect. It is very quiet, makes loads of ice, and although it is smaller than the last two, it holds more due to the layout. The doors are perfectly aligned and it is really close to fingerprint free. Temperature wise it is on spot. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge except for the speed of the water filler which takes close to 60 seconds to fill a glass, about 40 seconds to long. When I mentioned it to the installer he said the fill tube diameter had been reduced from previous units-- WHY? I have mentioned this to the retailer with no resolution.

I bought this frig in December after months of shopping and comparing and I am so happy I did. Love the dual ice maker and the French doors, was not sure about space after having a side by side for so long but it has plenty of space and really love having the freezer on the bottom.

This refrigerator is extremely disappointing. Where should I begin, for starters everything seems very cheaply made, the drawers are very loose in the tracts, the ice maker is extremely noisy, the water/ice dispenser is very poorly designed, I used to be able to fill water bottles easily with my old unit but that’s very challenging on this one, the ice seems to always have a piece miss my cup somehow, maybe the opening is too big, the right door has a plastic fitting that keeps to door from closing when you give it a push that will typically close a normal fridge door, and I thought I read that fingerprints didn’t show on this unit but that could not be further from the truth. Overall very disappointed in this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to have the fridge in my home after renovating my kitchen, I love the new fridge and everything is working wonderful except for my indoor ice maker. I have been struggling to get the thing to work and make ice. We went through several steps to reset it, and unplugged it entirely and still no ice. They sent me a new ice maker that was the wrong type for my fridge. Customer service has been great, but I just want to get my fridge fully working. They are sending a the whole ice maker now and I am hoping it's the right one and that it works.

There was a side by side in the home we bought, which we didn't like at all, so we chose this refrigerator based on everything we'd read about it plus closely inspecting it in the store. It really is the perfect refrigerator!

Great refrigerator! It’s super spacious, both fridge and freezer section and almost all shelves are adjustable to allow you to fit basically any size items. Met temperature really quickly and keeps temperature really well. Ice and water dispenser works great too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some issues 3 weeks from purchase. We love the interior space. It is substantially larger on the inside than any other counter depth refrigerator we have seen. We were very happy with our purchase until the freezer defrosted itself randomly on at least 2 separate occasions. The door was NOT left open as it has an alarm to let you know if it’s been left open. The freezer then goes back to functioning normally. Now we have frost and ice build up inside the freezer from the thaw and re-freeze. Not sure what is going on but we are going to call for service soon. Very disappointing. We had heard such good things about LG.

I am impressed with the amount of space that is available in both the refrigerator and freezer. Initially I was concerned there wouldn’t be enough storage since this is a counter depth model, but I was wrong. It fits perfectly in my new kitchen. We love the option of having ice in the door as well as the bin in the freezer. Very happy with our purchase.
