We had to buy a new refrigerator four days before thanksgiving because the 14 year old refrigerator went haywire and died. We had LG products before and were very happy with them. Once we got over the frustration of using the app everything went fine. I appreciate the two ice makers and the size variety including crushed ice. The top is huge and reminds me of the old style boxes of old that hold so much and where everything is visible on every shelf. A big factor is that it fits perfectly where the old fridge was. That’s very important in a 25 year old house like ours. There is no room for renovation to fit a larger refrigerator in the space. The freezer is equally as easy to find things and the size is great for our house. After having this refrigerator for three weeks now we realized how bad the old one was and how much it had gradually lost its operational efficiency. We’re very pleased with everything about this new refrigerator and its 26 cubic feet of combined storage space. The ThinQ app is very handy and will do much more than simply remind you to change the water filter when the time comes. Overall the purchase was a little more than we would have chosen to spend at the holiday season but we have no regrets because we have a good comfort level with LG products from the microwave to numerous televisions and small appliances over the past years.

The first purchase was to replace a refrigerator that had broke and could not be repaired. We really liked the refrigerator, so we purchased the exact model when we moved in 2020. The newer model has double ice makers that we really like. The counter depth model was purchased at another house we recently moved into. We still like the refrigerator, but after having it only a few weeks, the water dispenser and ice maker stopped working. Fortunately, the part was replaced within a week and a half. Now it is working perfectly. We still think this refrigerator is the best choice for us, due to room for food and beverages. We highly recommend this model!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im enjoying the wide space in this 3 door. Can put long dishes in it. Not happy that I cant move door shelves up to accommodate taller items. Fridge shelves dont have enough slots for moving up or down

Overall, i am very impressed with the fact that this counter-depth refrigerator has replaced a full-depth refrigerator without having to sacrifice internal storage capacity. It is also apparent that the build quality of this unit does match that of the comparable unit that it replaced. This is evident in the quality of the plastic in the drawers and shelves, the weight of the doors etc. I am also disappointed that the display model had adjustable shelves that allowed for temporary storage of tall items, but the unit i received did not. It is puzzling to me that the space between shelves does not accommodate standard bottles and cartons, such as standard 32oz and 64oz drink bottles without having to raise the shelf and severely limiting the space in the upper shelves. This was an unnecessary error in design which could have been accommodated with either smaller increments in the adjustable levels or simply raising the first adjustment level by a fraction of an inch. Are they based on European standards? Either way, frustrating...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge except for the speed of the water filler which takes close to 60 seconds to fill a glass, about 40 seconds to long. When I mentioned it to the installer he said the fill tube diameter had been reduced from previous units-- WHY? I have mentioned this to the retailer with no resolution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Features easy to use. App works well with frig. Just wish it would stop asking to connect to Bluetooth every time you open it. Also the door alarm goes off to early. Would be nice if you could adjust it like 1 min 2 min or 3 mins. I spend more time closing the door to shut the alarm off then reopen it to get out what I want.

I could not be happier with my LG French Door refrigerator. I had originally bought a Frigidaire and had to return two of them due to defects. We went with the LG and so far it has been perfect. It is very quiet, makes loads of ice, and although it is smaller than the last two, it holds more due to the layout. The doors are perfectly aligned and it is really close to fingerprint free. Temperature wise it is on spot. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

I bought this frig in December after months of shopping and comparing and I am so happy I did. Love the dual ice maker and the French doors, was not sure about space after having a side by side for so long but it has plenty of space and really love having the freezer on the bottom.
