We bought our LG Refrigerator 9/1/23 and we love it! Although it is bigger than our previous refrigerator, it fits perfectly in our nook! The organization for the shelves is awesome. No more filling pictures for water and putting them in our refrigerator. My husband is disabled, so the pictures were very heavy. Also the fact that we have filtered water is great too. Healthier water! Thanks for making such an awesome product LG!

This was the problem with our old frig even before it wouldn't keep working. The exterior stays really clean as it is the stainless steel exterior. It really makes lot of ice very repidly. Haven't had the refrigerator enough to rate it excellent yet.

Got this at a great sale price during the Black Friday Sale. I just found the 2 small shelves in the door after a month!! Ice and water in the door is easy to operate. I love having the separate ice in the freezer. Large amount of freezer space and easy pull out drawer. The fridge section is spacious with adjustable glass shelves and very wide door shelves.

I love the print proof finish and the amount of space. This is a great refrigerator for the money. The ice tray in the freezer is always full and the my food is fresh and crisp. My only complaint is the large bottom drawer of the refrigerator. It is a little flimsy when pulled out all the way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive contacted your company 5 times and keep getting the run-a-round. The water and ice smell and taste bad even after changing the filter 3 times. There is also a white powder dropping down from the water and ice dispenser.

We bought the fridge about a 45 days ago. Are previous fridge went out and we needed a new one as sone as possible. This one was a newer model of the last fridge we had but was a counter depth. We lost about 2 cubic feet which doesn't sound like a lot but makes a big difference. There where improvements over the last one though. The filter for the ice maker was moved to a more convenient location in the door and the depth of the shelves in the door are larger. But a couple of the changes where not so good. The shelves in the old fridge could be positioned in unlimited ways to adjust the height of each shelves. the new model only offers 3 positions which don't fit out needs well for common items we buy. Also, while probably a improvement, a new filter for air flow has been added that needs replacement every 6 months adding to the expense of the filter changes for the indoor water and ice. There is a secondary ice maker in the freezer that we have turned off. We don't have many parties that would need extra ice, but do need the room in the freezer for other daily items. Over all its a nice fridge but given more time to look we probably would have made a different choice.

We still haven't figured out how to turn off the door alarm, really annoying when you're putting away groceries. The ice maker has jammed one time. It has a lot of storage. The tiny hidden shelf is a little odd. If I put something down there I forget and never see it. It was nice I could adjust the main shelves to fit my needs. I removed one and packed it away.

We're getting used to catching the doors when we open them because they will slam open. It doesn't have a night light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were doing a complete upgrade of all our appliances (cooktop, wall ovens and fridge), and wanted a counter-depth, French door model with in-door ice and water; very few other requirements. Reviews led us to LG's products, and we impressed at the fit, finish and value, so we went with a "suite" of the items we needed. Since installation, we have been exceedingly pleased with our choices. The fridge has an amazing amount of usable space and a very impressive in-door ice maker/dispenser, although the latter could stand to have a bit more ice storage. That is overcome by turning on the ice bin maker when there is a need for higher quantity. The dual freezer compartments are also very spacious, despite being housed in a single (spacious) lower drawer. The stainless is also very fingerprint-proof, despite our grandkids' best attempts to smudge it. Although it is odd to get a text from your fridge when the door is left open too long (a feature you can turn off), the built-in wi-fi sets up up quickly with a very (overly?) feature-rich app. Quiet, spacious, well-designed and nicely streamlined, this appears to be a great refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At this point I am pleased with the working of this product. This is the second LG refrigerator I have purchased within the last 9 years. The first one had multiple mechanical issues that were handled properly by your company. Trying to give your company a second chance with this new LRFXC2606S. A little disappointed in the features of the new one compared to the features on the old one LFXC24726S. The lighting inside the new one, does not compare to the multiple lights in the old one, making it hard to see items when it is filled with groceries. The dark color background in the door water and ice dispenser has a very small light on only when using, making it very difficult to see at night. The double ice maker is a great feature, always ran out of ice on the old one. The increased refrigerator and Freezer storage capacity is also great.
