[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this refrigerator 6 weeks ago. It is very nice with good freezer storage. The doors also hold a lot. Everything works well, and I like that it lets me know if I don’t close the door completely.

This model has considerable more interior room which is much appreciated. Based on our experience with LG we highly recommend them!

We had to buy a new refrigerator four days before thanksgiving because the 14 year old refrigerator went haywire and died. We had LG products before and were very happy with them. Once we got over the frustration of using the app everything went fine. I appreciate the two ice makers and the size variety including crushed ice. The top is huge and reminds me of the old style boxes of old that hold so much and where everything is visible on every shelf. A big factor is that it fits perfectly where the old fridge was. That’s very important in a 25 year old house like ours. There is no room for renovation to fit a larger refrigerator in the space. The freezer is equally as easy to find things and the size is great for our house. After having this refrigerator for three weeks now we realized how bad the old one was and how much it had gradually lost its operational efficiency. We’re very pleased with everything about this new refrigerator and its 26 cubic feet of combined storage space. The ThinQ app is very handy and will do much more than simply remind you to change the water filter when the time comes. Overall the purchase was a little more than we would have chosen to spend at the holiday season but we have no regrets because we have a good comfort level with LG products from the microwave to numerous televisions and small appliances over the past years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our LG 26 CU. FT. SMART COUNTER-DEPTH MAX REFRIGERATOR WITH DUAL ICE MAKERS to fit in a tight space in our new beach home. With limited options we did quite a bit of research and found that this appliance was both the best fit AND had the best features available at a wonderful price! We love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At this point I am pleased with the working of this product. This is the second LG refrigerator I have purchased within the last 9 years. The first one had multiple mechanical issues that were handled properly by your company. Trying to give your company a second chance with this new LRFXC2606S. A little disappointed in the features of the new one compared to the features on the old one LFXC24726S. The lighting inside the new one, does not compare to the multiple lights in the old one, making it hard to see items when it is filled with groceries. The dark color background in the door water and ice dispenser has a very small light on only when using, making it very difficult to see at night. The double ice maker is a great feature, always ran out of ice on the old one. The increased refrigerator and Freezer storage capacity is also great.

This refrigerator is extremely disappointing. Where should I begin, for starters everything seems very cheaply made, the drawers are very loose in the tracts, the ice maker is extremely noisy, the water/ice dispenser is very poorly designed, I used to be able to fill water bottles easily with my old unit but that’s very challenging on this one, the ice seems to always have a piece miss my cup somehow, maybe the opening is too big, the right door has a plastic fitting that keeps to door from closing when you give it a push that will typically close a normal fridge door, and I thought I read that fingerprints didn’t show on this unit but that could not be further from the truth. Overall very disappointed in this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator overall. Only possible disadvantage is there is only one place to store taller items, in the milk bin in the right door. It would be nice if one of the upper shelves was partially collapsible/slidable to make it a half shelf for more room for taller items (i.e. wine bottles). Love the double ice ice makers and very generous crisper and meat / cheese drawers

I've had this fridge for about 2 weeks. Cons-Light on water/ice dispenser is woefully dim-even at nighttime. The shelves on the ice maker door need to be deeper. There's enough room for this to be done. Pros-The dual ice maker with the option of using just one, the fridge is quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some issues 3 weeks from purchase. We love the interior space. It is substantially larger on the inside than any other counter depth refrigerator we have seen. We were very happy with our purchase until the freezer defrosted itself randomly on at least 2 separate occasions. The door was NOT left open as it has an alarm to let you know if it’s been left open. The freezer then goes back to functioning normally. Now we have frost and ice build up inside the freezer from the thaw and re-freeze. Not sure what is going on but we are going to call for service soon. Very disappointing. We had heard such good things about LG.
