We still haven't figured out how to turn off the door alarm, really annoying when you're putting away groceries. The ice maker has jammed one time. It has a lot of storage. The tiny hidden shelf is a little odd. If I put something down there I forget and never see it. It was nice I could adjust the main shelves to fit my needs. I removed one and packed it away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the French door style. It has lots of storage spaces and shelves that can adjust. My favorite is the second ice maker with a large bin in the freezer. I don’t have to buy extra ice for my margaritas!

Overall, i am very impressed with the fact that this counter-depth refrigerator has replaced a full-depth refrigerator without having to sacrifice internal storage capacity. It is also apparent that the build quality of this unit does match that of the comparable unit that it replaced. This is evident in the quality of the plastic in the drawers and shelves, the weight of the doors etc. I am also disappointed that the display model had adjustable shelves that allowed for temporary storage of tall items, but the unit i received did not. It is puzzling to me that the space between shelves does not accommodate standard bottles and cartons, such as standard 32oz and 64oz drink bottles without having to raise the shelf and severely limiting the space in the upper shelves. This was an unnecessary error in design which could have been accommodated with either smaller increments in the adjustable levels or simply raising the first adjustment level by a fraction of an inch. Are they based on European standards? Either way, frustrating...

This item had to be retuned. Arrived with debits on both doors and drawers. Replaced doors and drawers and then the indoor ice maker that was in one of the drawers did not work. Water came out but not ice. I replaced with Bosch which is great, although much pricier. Would never buy LG again. Impossible to get serviced, based on my personal experience.

Got this at a great sale price during the Black Friday Sale. I just found the 2 small shelves in the door after a month!! Ice and water in the door is easy to operate. I love having the separate ice in the freezer. Large amount of freezer space and easy pull out drawer. The fridge section is spacious with adjustable glass shelves and very wide door shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: This refrigerator works well. It's very quiet. Cons: the ice dispenser spits the ice to the left and right, missing the glass. We're getting used to catching the doors when we open them because they will slam open. It doesn't have a night light.

We needed to purchase a new refrigerator when our 18 year old one finally gave out. Looked at many different brands and this one fit our needs exactly. Absolutely love the dual ice maker. Plenty of space in both the refrigerator and freezer areas. Price was as expected and comparable to other brands, but the other brands seemed flimsy and not as well made as the LG. Very happy so far with our choice.

Great refrigerator! It’s super spacious, both fridge and freezer section and almost all shelves are adjustable to allow you to fit basically any size items. Met temperature really quickly and keeps temperature really well. Ice and water dispenser works great too!

Bought our new fridge a couple of weeks ago. It looks great has more room and mostly we were happy. The only problem is that we were very excited about having ice, crushed ice and water in the door but the water in the door is a major disappointment in that the supply line to it is to small and it takes more than a full minute to fill a glass. That is way too long and when I ask the installer why he said they went to a smaller diameter supply line , WHY ? Anyway not happy about it!

Completely happy with my purchase. I researched extensively before I purchased my new fridge. It was a tough decision because it’s a huge purchase for me. I have the convenience of having the fridge above the freezer. The dual ice makers are awesome. I downloaded the LG app to stay on top of ordering the water filter among other perks. I firmly believe you will not be disappointed with this refrigerator. Get it!!
