[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were doing a complete upgrade of all our appliances (cooktop, wall ovens and fridge), and wanted a counter-depth, French door model with in-door ice and water; very few other requirements. Reviews led us to LG's products, and we impressed at the fit, finish and value, so we went with a "suite" of the items we needed. Since installation, we have been exceedingly pleased with our choices. The fridge has an amazing amount of usable space and a very impressive in-door ice maker/dispenser, although the latter could stand to have a bit more ice storage. That is overcome by turning on the ice bin maker when there is a need for higher quantity. The dual freezer compartments are also very spacious, despite being housed in a single (spacious) lower drawer. The stainless is also very fingerprint-proof, despite our grandkids' best attempts to smudge it. Although it is odd to get a text from your fridge when the door is left open too long (a feature you can turn off), the built-in wi-fi sets up up quickly with a very (overly?) feature-rich app. Quiet, spacious, well-designed and nicely streamlined, this appears to be a great refrigerator.

We like the fridge. We do not use the smart technology features. We like that there is ice in 2 places. The fridge is roomy and adjustable. The only complaint I have is the leveling. There are only leveling feet in the front, none in the back. If your floor is uneven like mine, those feet do not help. The flap on the left door should close automatically. Mine does not because the fridge is not level. I feel like this is a design flaw. I don't know why the top doors don't close like a side by side. A side by side fridge does not require that extra flap to close properly. If you have a nice level floor, then I recommend.

I bought this frig in December after months of shopping and comparing and I am so happy I did. Love the dual ice maker and the French doors, was not sure about space after having a side by side for so long but it has plenty of space and really love having the freezer on the bottom.

The first purchase was to replace a refrigerator that had broke and could not be repaired. We really liked the refrigerator, so we purchased the exact model when we moved in 2020. The newer model has double ice makers that we really like. The counter depth model was purchased at another house we recently moved into. We still like the refrigerator, but after having it only a few weeks, the water dispenser and ice maker stopped working. Fortunately, the part was replaced within a week and a half. Now it is working perfectly. We still think this refrigerator is the best choice for us, due to room for food and beverages. We highly recommend this model!

There was a side by side in the home we bought, which we didn't like at all, so we chose this refrigerator based on everything we'd read about it plus closely inspecting it in the store. It really is the perfect refrigerator!

Sleek, modern design. Bright, roomy interior. Love the look of this refrigerator. Has dual ice makers. The one that feeds to the the outside door beverage access is mounted inside the door...leaving more space on interior of refrigerator for food storage. Clear, nice bins for produce as well as meat/cheese,etc. No wasted space on inside of this refrigerator! I wish I had upgraded sooner!! And did I say the exterior fingerprint resistant exterior is wonderful? Yes!!

I had an issue with my refrigerator but after tech Manuel came out and fixed it all is well. I have 3 LG televisions, dishwasher, Frig, microwave stove and had cell phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we are very happy with our LG refrigerator. The PRO's are: 1 Spacious and deep. 2 Easy to change filters. 3 Easy to clean, and doesn't leave streaks. The CON's are: 1 Cannot turn off the ice maker in the door. Can only turn off the ice maker in the freezer. 2 The left refrigerator door closes automatically, but not the right door when partially open. When the doors close, they should close without slamming shut. Suggestion: When maintenance needs to be done, for example, changing the filters, not only should the indicator lights come on, but there should also be a chime. At the very least, the indicator lights should flicker. I actually experienced this problem.
