[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my new fridge a couple of weeks ago replacing a similar styled 12 year old LG fridge. Many of the features are familiar and a few I see as big improvements but there are a few issues compared to the old one. First the new fridge is counter depth but has the same cubic feet as the old standard model. The inside feels like it is more spacious and the shelves on the doors are actually useful for something other than a cube of butter. While I like the shelving setup a lot the previous model had more options for adjustability and allowed tall items to be placed on nearly any shelf depending on how you set it up. The 2 ice makers is a great feature. My previous one had the in door ice maker only and while it usually was sufficeint with a few people over in summer it was not uncommon to need based ice. I lie that this fridge has the same in door setup, plus it makes larger standard sized ice in the freezer itself. It makes a lot more ice also. I expect to be dumping the freezer one every few weeks. over winter. I do wish that each ice maker had a physical switch on it like my previous one so I could turn one off when not needed. Speaking of ice the dispenser on the door is a major downgrade compared to my previous one. Honestly, I would trade all of the better feature of the new fridge if I could have the old ones ice/water dispenser back. So, what are the problems? First, it is sold as being able to fit pitchers now, It does not. The old one did but this one not one of my 5 pitchers (from1.5 to 3 quart) come close to fitting under the outlet. In fact under the spout on this fridge is not quite 9 inches of space, my previous LG had 11 inches, plus a pull out shelf so you could let a pitcher stand there. Then we have the light, My previous fridge it was bright and you could see how much ice/water were in the container. this one is so dim if the kitchen is not dimly lit you cannot even tell it is on. You cannot see how much ice/water is in the container. Then you have the outlet itself. The water is so far out from the button to press to release it that tall thin glasses cannot be filled in the standard way. You must hold the glass where you think the water will come out and press the button on back with your hand. Ice is even worse. I have yet to fill any glass I own without some ice missing the cup. It is kind of crazy as neither of these issue happened on the older version. Finally the top of the fridge. The old one was completely flat top to back except for the hinges. The new one has a ;are plastic cover with vents taking up the whole width and half the depth so I can no longer store anything on top of it. Who thought this was a good idea? Outside of built in fridges I have never been in a house that does not utilize the space on top of the fridge. This new fridge has effectively stolen and entire shelf of storage from the previous models. It is also kind of weird the controls are inside the fridge vs on the ice/water dispenser. Overall I like the new LGZ fridge but the ice/water dispenser is a major downgrade marketed as an improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. It's beautiful print proof surface really works. It's spacious interior. Double icemaker is weird but we NEVER run out of ice. It's very quiet despite some other reviewers saying it is noisy.

I previously bought an LG Frig. that only lasted 5 years but I like some of the features so I bought another. They did get more space in the frig but they lost space on the doors. No Butter compartment and the shelves on the left side are so narrow you can't get anything in them. Lucky for me I kept all of the door shelves from the old one and was able to swap them out. Why they put those tiny narrow shelves is beyond, me why change something that works. I do like the 2nd ice maker in the freezer and there is more space there also. Hopefully this one will last longer than 5 yrs.LG French

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice refrigerator. It has lots of space and refrigerates really nicely. This was the problem with our old frig even before it wouldn't keep working. The exterior stays really clean as it is the stainless steel exterior. It really makes lot of ice very repidly. Haven't had the refrigerator enough to rate it excellent yet.

I bought this counter depth refrigerator one month ago because of the large freezer size. However, it runs constantly and never shuts off. The drawers open from the bottom which is very awkward and the ice dispenser isn't that great either. The refrigerator seems cheap and not what I expected from LG

First refrigerator we bought in many, many years. My wife and I both love all the features, especially the 2 ice makers with different size ice cubes. Wife likes the "baby" size in the door dispensor. The fridge capacity is huge for a "counter depth" size and freezer and fridge lights are great.

Only 2 stars because the indoor icemaker freezes up once a week and I have to remove the door panel and dump the frozen ice. Not a good design for a brand new refrigerator! Called tech support and they had me troubleshoot for 40 minutes before a technician would come out. Only to hear that this is a common problem. Also the lights on the front water and ice maker don't work. Again this is a brand new product from July of 2023. Aside from that it is a good nice looking product

I have had this fridge for two months. In short, I hate it. I previously had a side-by-side. The interior door shelves are either too big or two small. The shelves on the door without the ice maker are too big and you can store too much in the shelves, but cannot see what you have in there. No shelf is tall enough for some bigger bottles of condiments, except the bottom shelf we use for milk/juice, etc. Also, The shelves on that door only allow for one different position. The shelves on the door with the ice maker are very narrow/shallow. They hold a few bottleso f salad dressings, but not much more. The water/Ice dispenser on the door is not user friendly. You have to change the setting to either cubed ice, crushed ice or water. It is not straight forward. Finally ,the top drawer of the freezer has a very loud squeak and often comes off the track and has to be manually put back on the track. The plastic of that drawer seems very cheep. I would not purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for 4 months and it replaced our old Kitchenaid side-by-side. We figured that since both refrigerators take up the same space that they'd have similar storage capacities. This LG refrigerator has so much more room inside! The French doors and freezer drawer allow for larger items to be stored which was something we were truly missing with our old side-by-side. The counter depth feature certainly doesn't sacrifice any storage space either and allowed us a more modern built in look with our cabinets. The two ice makers are a plus too. We like the smaller cube size from the door ice maker because it satisfies our pellet ice preference and the large ice bin in the freezer holds plenty of cube for when we have company. We are very happy with our new LG refrigerator for its appearance, capacity, features and performance.

This item had to be retuned. Arrived with debits on both doors and drawers. Replaced doors and drawers and then the indoor ice maker that was in one of the drawers did not work. Water came out but not ice. I replaced with Bosch which is great, although much pricier. Would never buy LG again. Impossible to get serviced, based on my personal experience.
