I Bought this Refrigerator and received it on July 2. The delivery crew was good. But the Ice Maker in the Door did not work. I was told I would have to wait a full month for someone to service the Ice Maker. Poor Service I say. The Instructions are very poorly written about how to turn the Ice Maker on. My Wife Figured it out the switch inside the Door Has to be Held for a period of time for the Ice Maker to turn on. I realize that you are Bunch of Einstein Geniuses. But I am not. Put the On/Off Switch Ice Switch for the Door Ice Maker. Back on the Ice Maker. Keep It Simple

I am impressed with the amount of space that is available in both the refrigerator and freezer. Initially I was concerned there wouldn’t be enough storage since this is a counter depth model, but I was wrong. It fits perfectly in my new kitchen. We love the option of having ice in the door as well as the bin in the freezer. Very happy with our purchase.

My wife loves the french doors and the storage in the doors. Also the shelving accommodates everything including those large dishes'. The freezer space is divided very proportionately and the double storage for the icemaker is awesome. After a few weeks my wife is super satisfied with the whole fridge.

I made a list of features we wanted in our next LG fridge before purchasing. This one had all the boxes checked! Counter-depth - check! In-door ice/water dispenser - check! Large freezer section - check! Tons of ice production - check! In fact, this LG has TWO ice makers installed. We will never be without ice ever again! Thank you for listening LG!

First, it arrived without any damage, second, the installers knew what they were doing, and third it worked without any issues. I like the design of the interior of the fridge and the depth in that it doesn't stick out too far. The counter-depth max was just what we were looking for. The finish is nice and is easily cleaned. The best thing is that all the ice makers work :).

Freezer too, especially if you take the ice box out. Having two ice makers is great. The one in the door is amazing in that it takes up no space at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive contacted your company 5 times and keep getting the run-a-round. The water and ice smell and taste bad even after changing the filter 3 times. There is also a white powder dropping down from the water and ice dispenser.

The additional pull out shelf in the freezer is convenient to items we use first. There is a lot of space in the refrigerator & freezer that are a true benefit & convenience!
