Arrived severely damaged. Re-ordered, arrived severely damaged again. Packaging was not damaged, which means the actual product is defective or damaged prior to packing and shipping. Shipper never came for pickup after 3 weeks for either damaged freezer. Drove both units to local Club after receiving approval to do so. Local Club struggled with how to do return. 40 minutes later the return was completed. Shipper called to pickup freezer the next day. Corporate Sam's sends you to a different person every time and you have to re-tell the issue. They will not even give you a contact extension saying it is for security purposes. Isn't that what a general number is for? Will not resolve the issue... Refunded the money, offered us a gift card, which we refused because they are not addressing the issue we brought to their attention. They are always quick to try to close the ticket because it looks bad on their performance measures....still on-going. Use Amazon, not Sam's for your consumer needs.

So far it is working great. We bought it at Sam's Club. There were no dents in it. We are very happy with it. It was easy to move around because it has wheels. One thing I did think was a little strange. I like to register my appliances in case there's a warranty issue or a manufacturers recall. I went to Frigidaire to register it. they said they did not have that model number. I know I entered the correct model number. So I called Frigidaire and they said I need to call Curtis international Ltd and they would be able to register it for me. So I did and yes, they did register it for me.I just thought it was strange that the product is marked Frigidaire, yet frigidaire didn't let me register it with them. But that's a small issue. as I said, the product works great.

took about a week to get to me after I ordered as it came across country. nice, not damaged when I got it, that was a worry when having it shipped. works great. cools off very quickly. going to let it sit for 24 hours and then fill it.

Is this freezer supposed to make a rattling noise that sounds like a muted rotary phone ringing? I just received it, unboxed, and turned it on. Can’t speak to the cooling ability yet, but something seems off with the sound it makes.
