[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a good, quality set of knives for years. I finally but the bullet and treated myself to these and I LOVE them. The footprint is a bit big on the counter but it’s to be expected with the amount of knives in the set.

I have many other Henckel knives that I've had for years that are still in perfect condition. The knives in this set have rusted within the 1st couple months. Completely worthless poor quality and the company warranty does.not cover knives purchased at Sams

The self sharpening is helpful to keep your blades in tip-top shape. The weight and feel are perfect for me. There is enough variety for all the jobs in the kitchen to get done. Fillet some meat? Done! Cut open a watermelon? Done! Steak time? Done! Very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are new, so they cut well. I love that they are self sharpening. The base has a very long and awkward triangular shape so even against the wall, the knifes stick out very far to the end of the counter (easy for kids to grab and not very space conscious). Even guests have commented on the length and have offered to help cut the back off! My daughter asks to use it as a Barbie slide!
