Ok this set is super legit! In my opinion not great for beginners. The block is HUGE and heavy, and you must take care that knives are 100% dry and put away in the proper sharpening slot. My husband and I used a handed down set for the last decade. I knew I was upgrading when I ordered these but I wasn’t prepared for how legit this set was gonna be! Great price! Fast shipping! Sharp knives that stay sharp!

These knives are very sturdy and very sharp! I love the built in sharpener! They cut through foods with very little effort. I’ve even cut through frozen meat!

These knives are awesome! Ive always wanted a set of Henckels knives. They slice through meat like butter. They are beautiful and sturdy. I love that they are "self" sharpening. This was a great purchase!

Impressive set, makes kitchen prep work smooth and easy. Sharp out of the box and well made. Had a cheap set and it’s a world of difference. Shopped around for a while and this was the best set for the money I could find. It’s a big set, wish now we had a bigger kitchen.

This has just about every type of knife needed. And I love how the 8 steak knives are serrated. The embedded sharpening stones/wheels for the non-serrated knives are a nice feature. It has a significantly deeper footprint than our last set, so had to reposition it.

Finally treated myself to a great knife set! So glad I did! These are well balanced and sharp, plus the block has sharpeners built in for each non-serrated knife so that they STAY sharp. What a relief for me not to have to deal with a steel or sharpener! Very good buy, highly recommend this set.

These are decent knives, but not the quality I was expecting. These are made in China and are not German- forged steel. The knife block is very large and takes up a lot of counter space. Most slots do have built- in sharpeners, but the knives sit in the slots very loosely. The price was very reasonable so I'll keep these for now and upgrade later on.

I’m disappointed that the scissors had some rust when they arrived-I noticed after the box was gone and the family had already began using the other knives so I didn’t know if returning was a possibility. Some of the other knives have also started to develop some spots with rust- it’s only been a month or so since purchase. For the price I thought I’d be getting quality but it seems these will need to be replaced again- not thrilled.

These knives felt cheap and flimsy. Didn't have the same quality as other Heckles knives we bought for family through another vendor. We returned ours.
