The knives were exactly what I had hoped for. Only one minor issue. I received 2 Boning knives and no Prep knife.

Well balanced and excellent variety of blades. Super sharp, right out of the box and built-in sharpeners keep blades well honed.

Great value, robust knife set. Especially like the built in sharpening. The color of the wood is very rich as well.

This is my husband’s preferred brand of knives and he is totally pleased with this set. He is certified as a Master Chef with the ACF.

Nice assortment of knives, hoping that when the time comes (Thanksgiving and Christmas) I will have a good carving knife for the turkey and ham.

These knives are great and I love the fact that they can be sharpened by just using the block as storage.

8 of the pieces arrived with rust already on them. I’m trying to get it to come off because doing a return is a pain in the butt. Not very impressed thus far…

Very disappointed. Rust spots on the chef knife. It says stainless steel on the knife, but real stainless steel does not rust in 3months of light use.
