We love there is a knife for every use. Our block has labels so we know the best use of each knife and where to replace it. Each knife (except the serrated & steak knives) have a sharpener so we always have sharp knives. The only thing I dislike is the amount of space it takes up on the counter. We are super pleased with these knives.

The best part is the instructions cautioned about the surfaces to cut on with glass being a no. This little tip has made a difference in the use and care for my knives.
