Arrived very sharp and looks to be a really nice set. My honest issue right from the start is the size of the block itself. It's huge. I know it is part of the self sharpening which I do like that feature... but going to take up some real estate on my counters.

I loved them and this is an even nicer more complete set. I am excited to use all the knives, I have not used all of the different knives yet. They self sharpen so I am anxious to see if they continue to retain their sharp edge. I have no doubt these will prove to be an exceptional addition to my kitchen.
