Was great until it was almost a year after I bought it. Stopped heating so I got ahold of Samsung and they said the warranty had expired when it hadn't yet it was just within a few days. So we took it apart the thermistor and both fuses were bad. Checked everything else and it was fine. We replaced the faulty parts and it lasted a week until it quit again. They said it was going to be $140 to send someone out. We have everything in our home Samsung we may have to rethink our loyalty to the brand. We are in a hard spot right now and my parents just bought us an LG. A true blessing. Our last washer and dryer lasted 10 years so I'm really disappointed. I'd love to be able to fix this one so I could have my matching set but I'm not sure what is wrong with it at this point and don't have tons of money to have someone come fix it.

This has solved all my problems. I love that it is very quiet and does the job very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanting the largest dryer available, this one fit the criteria. The only negative I would note, which is my own doing, there are 2 7.4CuFt dryers. One matches one washer, one matches the other. Since I didn't need the additional features of the other, I chose the cheaper one and it does not match the height of my washer.

Also, it fits everything we need it to dry. And getting notifications when it's done is great. The sounds can be a bit much (especially if you get the notifications) but can be easily turned off.

This is the absolute best dryer I have ever had. I love how big it is, so I can dry big loads instead of small ones. Also, it has so many settings which is a huge plus. The best part about this whole system is that you can control everything from your phone. Another cool thing about the dryer is that, if the clothes are still wet the dryer will automatically restart. Overall, I am really impressed with the dryer 10/10 for sure. I will definitely recommend to others.

It helps keep my clothes from shrinking by allowing me to use settings that detect when it's dry enough. The colors on my clothes haven't faded like I had with my last dryer either! Loving this product! Also a nice see through window and sleek black and shiny color.

And interesting feature that it has is an energy efficiency calculator that you can check and keep up on how much money you are saving or spending based on how much your local energy prices are. All together though I'm absolutely blown away with how efficient and powerful it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dryer. I is able to fit large items like my comforter. I also like that is has a sensor that helps them not over dry. It has a lot of different options to choose from, and you can also download different programs also. I like that it connects to the SmartThings app. Another helpful thing is that it displays how long its going to take to dry the clothes as soon as you start the cycle. Very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far as the performance I do have issues where I have to run the dryer twice sometimes even three times to get my clothes dry even if there's hardly anything in the load I tried different on the dryer to get it to dry them don't help
