The sensor dry feature helps prevent clothes from overdrying, and the large capacity easily handles bigger loads like bedding and towels. Clothes come out dry quickly and evenly, and the different cycle options are easy to use. I also like the smart features and notifications through the app. Overall, it's efficient, quiet, and has made laundry much easier in our household.

The connectivity being able to connect to my phone is amazing. I never have to wonder when my clothes are done because I get a notification immediately whenever the process is done, and anything going on with the machine I get a notification immediately and I can start or stop the machine while I'm not at home which is amazing. 10/10 for this machine specially when paired with the washing machine. I'll never own a different band washer and dryer. Also have never had to run more than one cycle to get the clothes dry, whatever setting you set it to is exactly the outcome you going to receive. It doesn't leave you wondering what temperature works best because everything works as described in the settings!

The sleek design looks amazing in my laundry room, and they have been completely trouble-free. What I Love: Smart Connectivity: It syncs seamlessly with my Samsung phone, watch, and TV, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, the little tune it plays at the end of a cycle always makes me smile. Massive Capacity: The washer tub is incredibly deep and handles large loads with total ease. Note: If you're on the shorter side like me, you might want to keep a step stool or a grabber tool nearby to reach the bottom! Fast Drying: The dryer works quickly and thoroughly. I usually stick to the timed dry setting for simplicity. It doesn't have an interior light, but honestly, I don't miss it at all and it wouldn't change my mind about buying it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this dryer it does the job but I would like to see possible. Changes in terms of cycles and temperatures. In terms of dryness I find myself having to do multiple cycles to be able to dry clothes. The dryer is efficient as I notice a drop in my overall electric usage. The connectivity needs some work as if the smart feature is not selected you can't use the app to turn dryer on or off or change cycle. I would also like to be able to change cycle if I need to adjust the temperature for the load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes much longer to wash and dry loads compared to my previous set and I see no difference in the cleanliness of the laundry. I did like the style. A short person will need a step stool or tongs to reach the items that are on the bottom of the washer....it's a very deep drum. And the dryer drum is a dark color and there is no light. It held my king size comforter with no problem.

Purchased this dryer 4 months ago and hasn't worked right since day 1. I figured well let's try all settings and see. Now after 4 months the dryer still is not drying as it should. On any cycle be prepared to wait 3 to 5 hours to dry a normal load oh and so everyone is aware, they don't have a light in the drum either, so take your flashlight with you. Finally called samsung and they said well if we don't find anything wrong that I'll have to pay the service fee! Oh and they will set up the appointment to come out regardless of whether it's convenient for you. THEY set up the appointment for yesterday 5/12/26 without giving notice! So to make a long story short don't waste your money on this unit. I am currently looking at Maytag, %26 Whirlpool dryers to replace this one. 800.00 bucks down the drain!!!
