Broke after 5 days, making a horrendous squealing noise whenever running. Called for support and they couldn't replace it for a few weeks, called back and they still cannot replace it. I'll be honest I'm getting pretty mad at the whole ordeal.

Purchased two units for 2100 sq.ft. house. They worked great for three months. Then they stopped working. Both units would only register 0 clean air. Cleaned the Hepa Filter per the instructions, cleaned all air screens including the sensor on the back. They worked....for two weeks and stopped again. Have cleaned the units every two weeks for three months. Today, neither unit will register. Cleaned them again for the second time in two days and still neither works. It is like they are talking/linked to each other...AI???? Shark replaced one unit but these units do not last 5 hears, they don't even last 1 year. Totally disappointed for the big money, not worth it.

We love this air purifier, we have another very expensive name brand that does not do the job this Shark does. It kicks on when cooking a lot also when we are burning our wood fireplace. We love the automatic feature instead of having to run 24/7 and hope it doing it job like our other expensive one. Highly recommend the Shark NeverChange!

Like this better than expected. Haven't had an automated cleaning level before in an air filter. It reeaaallly doesn't like hairspray, and it's a good 20 feet away in another room. Kicks up high when a little hairspray is used. Also if meat is cooked in the kitchen - it's on it right away.

I have two dogs and when I’ve ask company that has came over if they still smell my dogs, they said no. I’ve even notice the fresher smell when coming home. When cooking the air quality drops some and my Shark kicks in and gets it back to 100 after a couple hours. It’s quiet and when it runs on high, sounds like a fan running. Set it on auto and let it do the work! The air scents are nice and not overpowering. Invest! It’s worth it!

This a ok purifier, but it doesn’t work as well as it claims to. We put this in our basement on “auto”. It got really humid in our basement and it kicked off saying the air was at 100% purity. Then we found a spot of mold right next to it. We picked up a dehumidifier which did the trick - but I think it doesn’t do what it claims to.

This air purifier is a really great addition to any living space! It works to clean the air for up to 1400 sq ft! That is a great amount of space! I purchased this one as a Christmas gift for my mother. She has had allergy migraines for decades! I gave it to her early and she was thrilled! Her headaches have decreased significantly already! We are all excited to see how this necessitate performs in the spring!

I have had this thing for several months and there really is no rhyme or reason to why it comes on or goes off. It basically detects faint smells (good or bad) and comes on. It does NOTHING for dust, as the dust is collecting around it months later. It just doesn't do what I assumed it was supposed to do.

I absolutely love my new Shark NeverChange Air Purfiier MAX - leaves my home smelling great! I may partake in marijuana from time to time and it leaves my house smelling of it. Not anymore! I love that right after we partake the indicator on the device goes red....and within minutes back to blue - pure air and house smelling clean again! Really like the idea that there are no filters to purchase! Easy-peasy! Low maintenance! Did I say I love it? !!!!
