The cost/poor quality of our old cleaners made the decision to buy the Shark NeverChange EZ! The Shark NeverChange does such a great job we could easily tell a difference within 24 hours of plugging it in! Thank you Shark

Very quiet , decent scent feature but the scent does not last long , very nice auto setting feature that increases filter fan when poor air quality detected

It is amazing, it cleans the air up wonderfully. I plugged it in late afternoon. Let it running on high during the early hours of the morning. Around 2:00 I got up and put it on auto and stay’s on 100% unless I cook bacon or onions stuff like that. Then after it takes about 15 minutes it cleans air up again and back to 100%. Our sinuses are so much better. We were getting over Covid when it come in. It helped with breathing. Just amazing.

We upgraded from our Shark air purifier that we’ve had for several years, and this purifier is light years ahead of other purifiers: it’s quieter, more efficient, and cleans the air in our basement quicker than anything we’ve ever used, not to mention the savings in filters. It’s hard to believe filter changes every 6 months at a cost of ~$70 per filter is a thing of the past.

Does what it’s made to do, clean air during winter. Use in kitchen area, works well to clear air of residual cooking smells. Is louder on high than our Alen purifier, but for what we use it, it’s perfect. Highly doubt the 5 year filter life, time will tell.

In a house with 2 dogs we thought this would be a good purchase. I don't really notice a change in the air or smells. Maybe if I left for a few days and returned. The only time we see the percentage go low is when cooking, mopping floors or burning a candle. That seems odd but so far I like it. Do not think the $300 investment was worth it, but still keeping it and running it.

The machine works fine, it's the added air freshener that I despise since it was encouraging allergy reactions despite my first turning it down and then completely off. Finally I just threw the dang thing away. It doesn't smell like an ocean breeze in any sense of the word and I've been to both oceans and the Gulf. It smells like cheap perfume which I'm also allergic to. Had to call customer support the first day to figure out the dang air freshener is in the sealed pack and the entire thing pops in the top. The machine did quite working on the third day. We run it 24/7 and one morning woke up and it had stopped. Called customer support who are great by the way thus the 4 stars and discovered one of the sides had popped out, easy fix and it has had no other issues.

I just started using this so it is too soon to determine how well it works. Overall I am pretty happy with it. I was disappointed it did not come with a complete owners manuel indicating what all the symbols on the control panel mean and work. I scanned the QRcode for more info but all I got was some YouTube videos that didn't really answer my questions.

The shark air purifier works great. Very quiet. When I’m frying something in the kitchen, the air purifier kicks higher to purify the air in the house. The only thing that I am displeased with is the FedEx driver who was too lazy when he delivered my air purifier, he put it in the middle of the driveway instead of walking to my front porch, putting it under shelter and out of sight in front of my doorbell camera.

This started out great. I thought. But it stopped working for no reason after 2 weeks of use. I followed all the instructions to a T. I contacted the Shark helpdesk and did what they suggested and it worked again, for a day! Neither myself or my husband noticed any difference in our air quality while it was working and none of the side filters had collected anything. I took it back to Sam's club for a full refund. Easy process and the people at the customer service desk were easy to work with.
