Very quiet , decent scent feature but the scent does not last long , very nice auto setting feature that increases filter fan when poor air quality detected

The cost/poor quality of our old cleaners made the decision to buy the Shark NeverChange EZ! The Shark NeverChange does such a great job we could easily tell a difference within 24 hours of plugging it in! Thank you Shark

This has really improved the air quality in my space. I know several people have said that it doesn't work because of the initial reading of 100% but i found that after running it on auto for 24 hours, it began getting more accurate readings. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to friends and family.

Bought this because of the “no change” filter and the automatic sensor. The automatic sensor really does work! I keep it on “auto” all of the time unless I want to run it on high to help eliminate a cooking odor faster. So far I’m very happy with my purchase and may buy another. I often forget it’s even on because it runs very quietly unless it’s on a higher setting. Would definitely recommend. No I am not affiliated with the company. No I was not paid for my review. Got this to improve air quality in my home- live in an urban environment and have a large, shedding dog.Super simple to set up. I only use the cartridges on low, because the scent is a bit strong for me. It's so quiet I wasn't sure it was actually doing anything, until I was cooking and it dropped into the red! I love the easy to read display. I never use the remote, I've just let it run after turning it on over a month ago. Seems to be cutting down on dust/dander. Very happy with this purchase, and that I won't be feeding it filters constantly.

Does what it’s made to do, clean air during winter. Use in kitchen area, works well to clear air of residual cooking smells. Is louder on high than our Alen purifier, but for what we use it, it’s perfect. Highly doubt the 5 year filter life, time will tell.

In a house with 2 dogs we thought this would be a good purchase. I don't really notice a change in the air or smells. Maybe if I left for a few days and returned. The only time we see the percentage go low is when cooking, mopping floors or burning a candle. That seems odd but so far I like it. Do not think the $300 investment was worth it, but still keeping it and running it.

Big improvement in our air quality at home. Not perfect, but vast improvement. I’m 70 and this is our first air purifier. It’s a Shark, and advertised as a “NeverChange” filter, but ours was down to 94% efficiency after the first week - however we live in El Paso and the air quality here has been the worst in America for several weeks…the CEILING of the danger zone (500). Yes, I would buy this unit again. Also, Sam’s was offering a $50 discount, which helped a lot.

We bought 2 units each for up and down stairs. We had another brand before and didn't realize how noisy it was until we plugged these in. They really seem to push a lot of air and the freshener pods add a very subtle scent. The display indicates whether the air quality is degraded but it's a bit too sensitive in my opinion. They both display degraded air quality even when warming up the oven. No, it doesn't need to be cleaned, but there must be enough organic material being vaporized that it sets it off. They also show poor air quality when we use the fireplace, but I guess that's to be expected. Other than that, the units are easy to clean, can be remotely operated, and as previously stated, very quiet.

This started out great. I thought. But it stopped working for no reason after 2 weeks of use. I followed all the instructions to a T. I contacted the Shark helpdesk and did what they suggested and it worked again, for a day! Neither myself or my husband noticed any difference in our air quality while it was working and none of the side filters had collected anything. I took it back to Sam's club for a full refund. Easy process and the people at the customer service desk were easy to work with.
