I had a small fire outside of my home when a tree in the neighborhood fell down and shot a power surge through my lines. I thought the damage was just on the outside of my house but my Insurance company sent a company out to check the smoke damage. Wow! I had no idea how much there was and wondered why I had been coughing so much. I got this for that reason and what a difference. I sleep through the night now and don't wake up hacking and coughing. I'm not sure what the complaints for the noise is all about, it is super quiet. I moved it directly into my bedroom now and never hear it. I would definitely recommend!!

We upgraded from our Shark air purifier that we’ve had for several years, and this purifier is light years ahead of other purifiers: it’s quieter, more efficient, and cleans the air in our basement quicker than anything we’ve ever used, not to mention the savings in filters. It’s hard to believe filter changes every 6 months at a cost of ~$70 per filter is a thing of the past.

Having our home on the market to sell and being told our house smelled “doggy” due to our two Boxers, we realized something had to be done. I purchased this air purifier with high hopes and I am VERY happy to say it has not disappointed us yet. It has most definitely done away with the “doggy smell”. The next best thing is that is has helped cut down on the dust in our house too. That’s what I call a WIN/WIN!

This has really improved the air quality in my space. I know several people have said that it doesn't work because of the initial reading of 100% but i found that after running it on auto for 24 hours, it began getting more accurate readings. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to friends and family.

Big improvement in our air quality at home. Not perfect, but vast improvement. I’m 70 and this is our first air purifier. It’s a Shark, and advertised as a “NeverChange” filter, but ours was down to 94% efficiency after the first week - however we live in El Paso and the air quality here has been the worst in America for several weeks…the CEILING of the danger zone (500). Yes, I would buy this unit again. Also, Sam’s was offering a $50 discount, which helped a lot.

This started out great. I thought. But it stopped working for no reason after 2 weeks of use. I followed all the instructions to a T. I contacted the Shark helpdesk and did what they suggested and it worked again, for a day! Neither myself or my husband noticed any difference in our air quality while it was working and none of the side filters had collected anything. I took it back to Sam's club for a full refund. Easy process and the people at the customer service desk were easy to work with.

A wonderful Shark NeverChange Air Purifier for my living room works great. I have 2 dogs and a Congo African Gray Parrot. My home can become smelly quickly so, having this Air Purifier next to one dog bed really helps to prevent bad odors. The Purifier works great, not very loud at all. After cooking meals the Purifier helps with food odors also.

Bought this because of the “no change” filter and the automatic sensor. The automatic sensor really does work! I keep it on “auto” all of the time unless I want to run it on high to help eliminate a cooking odor faster. So far I’m very happy with my purchase and may buy another. I often forget it’s even on because it runs very quietly unless it’s on a higher setting. Would definitely recommend. No I am not affiliated with the company. No I was not paid for my review. Got this to improve air quality in my home- live in an urban environment and have a large, shedding dog.Super simple to set up. I only use the cartridges on low, because the scent is a bit strong for me. It's so quiet I wasn't sure it was actually doing anything, until I was cooking and it dropped into the red! I love the easy to read display. I never use the remote, I've just let it run after turning it on over a month ago. Seems to be cutting down on dust/dander. Very happy with this purchase, and that I won't be feeding it filters constantly.

I have cats and food odors to contend with. This is no longer true with the air purifier which silently reassures as to air quality and very gently (lowest setting) infuses a gentle replacement scent into the air. I am thoroughly satisfied.
