This air cleaner made a big difference in the dust floating around in our home. The floors stay noticeably cleaner longer. Very quiet too. The black color blends in with the furniture in our living room. We don't even notice it is there. The scent pods are optional to use and we don't like scented products. The top of the pod snaps off and you and use it to cover the pod holder on top if the unit.

I am highly satisfied with purchasing the Shark Never Change Air Purifier. Its makes a huge difference in tje air quality in my home. I would get disgusted when I dust to know that is also what we weee breathing. I highly recommend this product to All my family and friends.

The unit says my air quality is 100% when I know it is dusty and not clean! It almost just measures smoke or chemicals and not dust particles.

I got this purifier on sale in the store, I'm happy that I'm saving money on filters for a while as on average filters cost $50 plus and it's a 12 month filter. This air purifier is perfect for my apartment that's under 1,200 sq ftg. It starts purifying when I'm cooking, it has improved air quality in my apartment. Cooking odors always linger for a while. I've noticed the odor linger a lot less now. I only wish there was an app like there is for the Dyson humidifier I was also looking at. But I value my Sam's membership and the value I get from ordering from the app. Also make sure you're ordering the Allstate plan. You never know if you need that extra coverage!

Ours lasted about 2 years before it just stopped one day abd the screen showed to dash marks I assumed it meant the main filter had finally given out. Now we ran this thing hard daily 24/7 so a little over 2 years is acceptable in my opinion plus we have multiple long hair dogs, long hair cat, etc. This thing is an absolute work horse! Only reason not 5 stars is cannot find official replacement filter anywhere so cannot use without it!

This thing really works well!! It is located in our living room which is near the kitchen. Every time we cook, you can see this thing get to work. It will drop down to around 50-60 percent air quality then boost the fan speed automatically until the quality is back at 100 percent. It fits into our decor well and isn't too noticeable. The washable pre-filters greatly extend the internal filters lifespan.

I'm disappointed with the Shark NeverChange Air Purifier. I expected it to collect much more dust, but after using it for a while, it doesn't seem to capture nearly as much as advertised. there's plenty of dust in my home did not feel any difference with purifier. I've used a few generic air purifiers that actually seemed to do a better job at trapping dust and improving air quality. Based on my experience, this product hasn't lived up to my expectations, especially considering the price.
