I just set this up and when I turned it on it registered 100% good air. Ive been running it now for several hours and it doesn't change. What's wrong??

It doesn't work nearly as well as the other brand I have.  It is HUGE and way too loud.  We have had it over week and has not changed the air quality in the room at all. Returning.

It isn't working. Looking for a filter. Bought this one about a year ago and can't figure out where to purchase a filter. We had a Dyson and it doesn't work at all

My allergies have gotten so much better since purchasing! So much so I am tempted to stay inside! Does say air quality is 100% a lot, but I always run it after opening doors.

This is the fourth one that's I've gotten due to other three not working and I still have the same problem. The sensor stays at 100 percent and doesn't move.

We have only had our purifier for a month but it seems to be working out great. I love the design and small footprint. I am hoping the filter last as long as advertised. So far so good. Time will tell.

Ordered this to replace another brand of air purifier I was using. This made a dramatic difference. I was having a problem with itchy throat, which was cleared up within a day of having this running. I couldn’t believe the difference it made.

I believe this is a good unit if you are trying to eliminate odors. We have 3 dogs and my intention was to cut down on dust and hair. Apparently our air is 100% pure most of the time. I'm pretty sure this is not really the case. Very disappointed.

I bought this to try to help clean the air to help with my allergies. I am in love with this! It cleans the air and leaves it clean and fresh smelling. Definitely worth the money!! This is one of my favorite items I have purchased in a long while!

Seems to do the job. I thought my air quality in my home was worse than what the unit reads. I run it on manual during the day and auto at night…keeps the air smelling fresh. Wish the odor neutralizers were less expensive.
