[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is awesome until it isn't. Quiet, easy to use, great ice production, balanced cooling throughout. IT stopped cooling in the sixth week of operation. We have been waiting for repairs for two weeks. LG set up service center for us. They are waiting for parts. After the parts come in they will schedule the repair. Can't say when. This is a refrigerator! The heart of the house. When?

Really great looking fridge with great features. Love the craft ice and the other types of ice as well. One thing I overlooked for measurements were the 4 inch thick doors. Where the refrigerator goes in my kitchen I had to remove eight inches from the hallway wall so I could get the unit closer to the wall and now works perfectly in my very small kitchen. The space inside is great and works very well. The adjustable shelf I like as well. It's easy to adjust as needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in April 2024, it was awesome until my craft ice stop working. Come to find out the water hose used to attach to the water line is too long and my spouse had to adjust it to get the craft ice and water working again from the dispenser. I love the refrigerator, but the only draw back I see is that you have to open both doors to pull out one drawer which causing air to penetrate the interior of the fridge which could cause problems later on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Lg French door, counter depth frig! The 4 kinds of ice feature is fabulous! We never run out when entertaining. I also like how it is laid out; much roomier and flexible than most French door styles. The outside does not have handles, so it very sleek, attractive and easy to keep clean.

I had seen many negative reviews prior to buying. I have had this frig for one week, and I love it. The left door does close quickly when the ice maker is full, so just hold it a bit as it closes, it really is that simple. I am absolutely amazed at the space this model has. It has more room than any other counter depth frig I have owned. The craft ice maker is slow in making the beautiful round orbs, but certainly makes enough for several drinks a week The ONLY complaint I have is the door water/ice dispenser. It doesn't fit a very tall container and the panel that is pressed for dispensing, doesn't extend the whole way down. When filling short glasses you need to hold the glass up. I know, real 3rd world problems! I would highly recommend this frig!

It really is a nice looking refrigerator. For the money, on paper it looks like it's hard to beat. Here's the problem: I've now had two units inside a month and neither unit appears to be able to get much below 42F in the fridge compartment and 8F in the Freezer compartment. This is with the settings set at anything between 33-41F top, and 0 or -1 below. The only thing that changes the internal temp (other than opening the door) is to set the thermostat at 42F...at that point the fridge goes to 48/50F internal temperature. I've tried everything, including running it for whole days out of the surround in the middle of the kitchen. No impact on the internal operating temperature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the refrigerator. The Ice making is the worst. We run out of ice often and then it does not make it again for days. With 4 different kinds of Ice you would think we would always have ICE! The door ice runs out everyday, There are only 2 of us in my home, myself and husband. Every time we have guest over- almost every weekend we need to buy bagged ice.

Our French door fridge was delivered in January and we started having issues with the in door ice maker in June. Apparently, the fan moving cold air to the door ice was not operating correctly. It took a bit of gyrations to finally get someone out to replace the fan, but it has been replaced. We are on a "wait and see" mode at this point. For a 5-month old appliance, we should not gave to go through this already. Vfingers crossed.

Once we rearranged the shelves to make the bottom row higher, our milk and containers fitted. In fact, this truly maximized our space. Rearrange your shelves to maximize.
