Good beef flavor kind of mild sausage taste. Decent skin snap it could be spicier but the beef shines through. Packaging is standard. Good price

I love the taste of the sausage, but when I had an allergic reaction realized they are made with MSG. Can't buy them anymore, bummer. Wish you had a MSG FREE version. There are still people out there that can't have it. But most people will love this product.

I made a couple of dinners with these sausages. The best was soup with 2 48 ounce chicken broths and celery, onions, carrots and potatoes. It took 2 thinly sliced sausages. It has to be my favorite soup now. The other was sliced potatoes and sliced sausage fried. Both excellent
