Great product, and nice to catch on sale. The sausage tastes great, is not too gritty, has very few 'hard' teeth-rattling hard pieces. We use the sausage for many dishes or alone.

One of our favorite sausages. We usually cook this up once every couple weeks. Great for lunch at home and lunches at work too. Makes a great sandwich on a bun with some fried up onions, mushrooms and assorted sweet or hot peppers.
