I've been doing my personal taxes with TurboTax for 20 plus years and have had no issues at all. Since 2018 I have been using Turbo Tax Business to handle Trust returns and I find this product to be far less efficient. Why won't you upgrade the software to allow for import of brokerage documents, or at least the ability to upload brokerage documents? From online comments that I have seen it appears that this capability has been there in the past. When addressing the income sections the software actually states that later in the return you will be instructed to upload 1099-B to avoid having to manually enter multiple transactions. That's clear false advertising! I bought the software at a premium specifically because it had the e-filing capability. Now I still have to print 50 pages and then go to the post office and get charged for mailing and then charged extra for ensuring delivery. In this case, you guys have rendered e-filing for this product absolutely useless. I'm very disappointed and may look elsewhere for software next year.

I was not able to see the amount owed until the software was filing the Return. You had me buy a state return - is not required- when I went to print it was just a few lines - no forms, nothing to turn in! Expensive lesson to confirm something I already knew.

Turbo Tax refuses to meet the needs of all citizens in the US. They continue to fall short in providing State filing for all 50 states, in my case Idaho. They also fail to import 1099 from self directed investment brokerages. They do both of these for individuals, but neglect business. I consider this lazy and negligent care for their customers. If they are not going to offer a state billing for a customer, then they should discount the software since a state is part of their advertised software. By not receiving a state funding, I am not getting the full product that I am paying for when I purchase their product.

Turbo Tax for Business was relatively easy to use, was accurate and had easy to use features. The only issue we had related to access to tax help on certain forms. It would have been nice to get directly through Turbo Tax, instead we had to go to the IRS and CA Franchise Tax Board for answers

On Feb. 10, 2026, I was finally able to electronically submit the federal 1040 and Wisconsin fiduciary state tax returns for a testamentary trust using TurboTax Business. Utilized turbo tax business for first time for LLC filling. It was straight forward and simple. I did Federal and bought State as well. I used chatgpt Go version to clear some doubts for question as some Q will be tricky and their language is not easily understandable. One particular thing about I didn't like was the way Turbo tax s/w was forcing to take some deduction as a my LLC was eligible due to first year. When asked same Q to chatgpt and other gpts it was not a good idea and rather take regular deduction which will spread into 5 years.

There are partnership changes that cannot be handled through individual forms but must be handled via the Step-by-Step but the instructions don't tell you that. If it weren't for the TurboTax community, I'd still be looking for my answer. Thank you community.

Always a great application to use for my taxes for my business. The quick forms make a lot of the tax confusion non existent. I do like that in the past when I needed support I could ask for help via the tools at hand. This year I've got it down and understand the app more without needing help.

it is 1/13/26 w2/w3 forms for 2025 are due for filing postmarked by 2/2/26 but the forms are printing with the wrong year - i reported the problem over the phone and still hasn't been fixed, afraid to be late with filing. I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and never had this problem before

Everything went good. For some reason when I view the pdf for the K1s that were generated, they don't show up on the computer, they show up as a blank page. When I go to print them out, they are able to print out. I'm not sure why it was showing up like that but it panicked me until I hit print and they were there. That's never happened before so that's why I didn't do 5 stars.
