I have done returns by hand and with other software. Turbo Tax Business made it easy to get the work done this year. I look forward to using it again next year.

Had some technical issues where there was a glitch in the software. Couldn't find a way to get help so had to figure out a work around by switching to forms to enter an amount that would enter in the step-by-step option.

It was speaking more in language that I as an everyday person could understand. I'm not that familiar with tax/accounting language. It was easy to understand and follow the directions.

use it for several years, good support and staff call you back for answer within minutes and pick up the phone, you do not have to wait for days or weeks for answers.

Needed to file an extension and instead of TurboTax eFiling it I was forced to print and mail via snail mail. A big reason for purchasing the software was to be able to eFile the extension and have the associated proof of filing.

Product is helpful but got hung up on the Wisconsin section as the program kept telling me to enter a foreign country and province even though I am in the USA.

The 1096 cover for my Year 2025 1099-NECs prints out with 2024 at the top instead of 2025. The view under Forms shows correctly, but when you click Print Form, the form that pops up shows 2024. I have the most current update.

TurboTax makes it easier to file business taxes because they guide you through each part of every form required and all you have to do is answer questions and they do the rest! It makes tax time bearable!

I am NOT done! My taxes have NOT been transmitted as they are in an endless loop of "checking",. It checks, says "good to go", hit transmit and i checks again with no way to say - stop it don't do this. Been trying thing for 2 days.

This was much better than expected. It took Intuit 3 days just to let me download the software because of issues related to their billing and e-commerce, but once I got the software the product itself was great.
