The integration with Quickbooks Online is about as pathetic as it could be. I waste hours every year jumping through hoops to import my quikbooks file

easy to use although as I get older I struggle with the verbiage....still keep using..appreciate the software upload...trying to get comfortable with uploading my documents though

I have trouble downloading the product, other software I've used downloads easier. I'm unable to file my state of Michigan return because of a glitch in your software.

Needed for a Trust. Would not download info from my broker. Would not file for the state of Oregon for the Trust. Help topics not always helpful. Basically near useless for a Trust.

TurboTax has no improvements with all the AI advancement. It has different bugs compared to last year. It messed up my depreciation basis, I had to get help from ChatGPT to figure out how to fix it.

The questions and the wording are very confusing. Also, the terminology is not consistent with the IRS terms. When are you going to include North Carolina State forms and e-file?

I've used TurboTax Business for several years. I can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent product, good price, and great service. I've never had a problem using it.

This was the first (and last - as this was an estate return) I used Turbo Tax Business... cumbersome to have to download the software vs. an online version I've done for many years personally.

Mostly good. I use chatgpt to help me understand the forms. An AI link on your interface wud be helpful so I dont have to have a separate program open to help me.

It doesn't work as well as it should for having been around for many years. A lot of areas do not follow the step-by-step instructions and it is hard to correct input.
