Excellent product for business or fiduciary returns. However, 4 stars is for TurboTax not allowing or providing e-filed Arizona returns and not communicating this to the possible buyer.

All perfect except the downloading from TurboTax site to computer. I paid for 2 sets of 5 returns and only received access to 5 returns. Something is wrong with the way you are counting and crediting returns.

Would like to be able to do Hawaii State Tax but not available for Business. Also when trying to revise 1116 form it would not let me back into step by step to correct. I could only do it in sheets which took a while revise.

No way to import Brokerage documents, require to manually type every transaction. Painful experience. Many help section not useful. Asking use IRS forms. For the amount of money being paid for the software, lots of research had to be done.

Had some technical issues where there was a glitch in the software. Couldn't find a way to get help so had to figure out a work around by switching to forms to enter an amount that would enter in the step-by-step option.

I did need to talk to a live expert and she was very good. The screen sharing software was essential. I could have saved her time by installing the screen sharing software while I was waiting for a human for 35 minutes.

This is my second year using "Business" to file my S-Corp taxes. Very pleased. I am not happy that to use Premier for my personal taxes that it will require my to update my computer to Win 11 vs 10.

Mostly good. I use chatgpt to help me understand the forms. An AI link on your interface wud be helpful so I dont have to have a separate program open to help me.
