The product purchase was straight forward given purchase in prior years. The software download was fairly quick. The prior year's tax data transferred perfectly. The questions were clear to enter the new year's data. The filing process worked well. The price was a bit high, more than other TT online options. I wonder why this product has not moved to the less expensive online format.

This is the worst application I have ever used, and I started with MS-DOS.... In preparing Form 1065, you cannot enter a name for a non-individual member, there is no field for that. You can only enter an entity name during error check. It generated blank K-1s -- just a file name, no content. In preparing a Form 1041, it arbitrarily treated the sale of a security held >18 months as a " wash sale" and doubled the reported gain. These were not errors on my part; this is completely incompetently programmed software. Never again.

Not compatible with QuickBooks Pro 2019 for importing data. I don't need an updated QuickBooks for my business, only to appease lazy programmers at Intuit. While on that subject, the updates work about half the time, requiring manual updates. And EVERY year for several now, I keep getting forms and errors for farm income. I don't have a farm or income.

Utilized turbo tax business for first time for LLC filling. It was straight forward and simple. I did Federal and bought State as well. I used chatgpt Go version to clear some doubts for question as some Q will be tricky and their language is not easily understandable. One particular thing about I didn't like was the way Turbo tax s/w was forcing to take some deduction as a my LLC was eligible due to first year. When asked same Q to chatgpt and other gpts it was not a good idea and rather take regular deduction which will spread into 5 years.

Bearly usable still even at 2025. You still have to know 100% of the tax code to know if you've filled in everything correctly for your business. Took me googling to find where to jump to fiing an extension. Wasted 1/2 hr just on that simle step. You can jump to "other" and at the end is extention... :(

Terrible product. I bought this thinking it would make doing my taxes quicker. I had to manually hard enter through the forms in order to add additional members, despite the software saying there were "Add" and "Edit" buttons. Would recommend looking elsewhere or doing it yourself at this point.

Program would not allow me to make a correction to "Federal Asset Entry Worksheet" on line relating to Special Depreciation Allowance - under Regular Tax. Error check says amount should be "blank" BUT I was unable to remove the "0" to leave it blank. Any suggestions on how to fix this error.

Florida LLC fees and costs are so high, I plan to dissolve the LLC and just use Schedule C on my form 1040 next year. Many tax calculations have too many complicated forms to use as part of Form 1065. The instructions are not specific enough to a . Each year has become more and more complicated with changes so while I started with Lotus 1-2-3, I found I had to learn QuickBooks, but its cost went out of sight, and I am using only Quicken now. This is not a problem you created, but it has become too much, .particularly for each line, but often the entire form needs more explanation. Generally I thank TurboTax for the application but rely on it to be correct since I have no idea about tax law. It shouldn't require a legal or accounting degree. I'm well educated but this has become overwhelming for a retired engineer running a horse and cattle farm. I signed up for the audit help from TurboTax should it be needed. But it said it was free in the app. Later after e-filing, I got something said they will deduct $60 for it. I must have missed something!

No win10 or Android support for desktop turbotax. Had to purchase a new win11 computer to do my taxes. Consider developing an Android version of turbotax. Could not pull last year's turbotax from old win10 to new win11 computer to use as a basis for this year's turbotax. Big dissapointment. Main reason that I use turbotax is this ability. Still no online version for sub-chapter S 1120S tax forms. So I'm guessing you don't plan on moving 1120S to online? It's been years now. Disappointed again. Ridiculous amount of advertising the online version THAT HAS NO SUB-CHAPTER S SUPPORT! Turn the advertising off when it's not a solution. You're losing me as a customer year by year. Hire some people or use an LLM that can improve and support these issues.

I've used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. For 2025 Turbo Tax Business I have been very disappointed. The K-1's were not available until 2/13. The 8825 didn't print until I downloaded Adobe. I've spent 2 hours on the phone and even more time online trying to resolve these issues.
