Some portions are vague. I have to google search many times to get clarification. I have to use my common sense and logic to figure out the context and intent of the question.

I have used the product myself and referred others. We all agree that, once you get the hang of it you realize how simple it really is. The program does all the heavy work. Makes doing taxes a breeze.

Great service, if only it e-filed the state return too. Oregon requires e-filing but the TurboTax Business software (with additional fees for state filing) do not include e-filing.

I've used both the desktop and online versions and like them both pretty well. The desktop version is intuitive but a little clunky. The online version is more refined but a little more cumbersome to navigate.

I am just tired. It seems to do this next year.like things just keep getting more and more complicated. I may just pay someone to do this next year.
