I remember when TurboTax asked me questions and helped me make tax decisions. Now it leaves all the decisions up to me and I have to be the tax expert. It isn't the product it used to be.

No State Filing. Keeps sending you to a loop. Called Turbo Tax and after about 45 minutes of playing with my computer, they said the problem was at their end and that I would have to keep checking back.

Not as helpful as in years past. Fails to address foreign tax paid or non-dividend distributions. This should be geared toward the novice taxpayer, not someone with filing experience. Missed the point of self-reporting

Easy to use and comprehend. Support wasn't exactly the easiest to access, but it only took me a few minutes to find. The online portal seems to be more user friendly.

This was a lot harder than normal personal taxes, and the system can be a little buggy and less intuitive than personal turbotax. Still good, just a little harder.

TurboTax Major Fail - Intuit forces you too have windows 11. Turbo Tax Sucks now. They should not require a specific version of Windows. Thus requiring a new computer if yours does not meet the requirements. Stop using Intuit products!

TurboTax told us there were no errors and we were ready for e-filing, but then when we attempted to do this it demanded further changes! Why? Doesn't "no errors" mean everything is finished and no further work is required? Get your act together!

I made a small mistake on my k-1. I didn't notice unitl after filing. I ammended my forms, but the software wouldn't let me email/send my ammended return.
