It doesn't work as well as it should for having been around for many years. A lot of areas do not follow the step-by-step instructions and it is hard to correct input.

The software is always up to-date and it is very easy to use and understand. The step by step way Turbo Tax is configured is so helpful and stress-free.

Needed for a Trust. Would not download info from my broker. Would not file for the state of Oregon for the Trust. Help topics not always helpful. Basically near useless for a Trust.

Problem with converting Federal K-1 to the California State Form. The K-1 Worksheet was reporting 2 Shareholders and the Federal only 1 shareholder. This prevented the California Return from being filed via electronically.

All perfect except the downloading from TurboTax site to computer. I paid for 2 sets of 5 returns and only received access to 5 returns. Something is wrong with the way you are counting and crediting returns.

I tried to work on online version; I had difficulty uploading the prior year. Spoke with help desk. They wanted me to create a new account and upload.

This was the first (and last - as this was an estate return) I used Turbo Tax Business... cumbersome to have to download the software vs. an online version I've done for many years personally.

2025 got worse. im still not even sure if i filed my state taxes...seems like state and federal are now bundled into the same filing but it is incredibly unclear.
