Has no ability to download investment data (1099-B, 1099-DIV ext.) like all the other less expensive Turbo Tax software options. Way over kill for simple or even complex trust.

for S-corp need to distinctly differentiate between DIVIDENDS and DISTRIBUTIONS. The question of 'was cash paid out" is ambiguous. Dividends get reported on 1099-DIV. Distributions go on K-1.

I had great difficulty printing my 2025 W-3 data in 2025 Forms. I spent 40 minutes on the phone to describe my difficulty to a Turbo Tax human. In two days it got fixed.

Support was helpful when I finally got in touch with a representative. Issue was with buying the state return needed with the Turbo Tax Business software. She finally got it to work.

Wouldn't let me print the 8453-F for VA, despite the fact that the instructions are to print, sign and Keep. The process was not as smooth and straightforward as I was hoping

The help is very poor compared to doing my personal taxes. Import of Brokerage should be available. When it finds errors they are difficult to correct.

The AI used for search is not helpful when it comes to finding specific things or answering specific questions. Otherwise the program is easy to use and easy to jump into different sections when needed.

I found I had to re-enter certain data multiple times, prior entry seemed to disappear - in the General Info section. Also, error check section could do with better instructions to make clear where error lies.

Been using since the mid 90's , I like the desktop version over the online for many reasons! I hope they will continue a desk top version! for if they change to online only- I would find another tax program made for desktop.
