Turbo Tax took much of the scariness out of this process! The Interface is so user friendly and the extra support options helped reassure me of the Accuracy of my business return. I found the Features of the desktop version provided the Compatibility for everything I needed to accomplish.

Too often retyping the same information. (esp CA). And CA is different than Fed, TT could do more to help with that. Let your programmers program better a user experience. (Example - this box said 50 maximum but it is letting me continue to type, so why did say that? 50 chars not really enough if that is a real limit.)

only works with QB desktop and QB does not support desktop...QB online is difficult...wish it would work with pdf

Seemingly not compatible with the online version despite being routed to this version to include 5 submissions.

Excellent product. Very user friendly. I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and find it to be very good.

I feel your federal products are on point. The State returns are not really easy to complete. Alot issues with deductions and adjustments.

It is very good, the only topic I found it not addressed is if you have retained salaries and how to treat them and how to report them.

Generally speaking works fine, but its difficult to get an e-file confirmation. Mechanically accurate.

My past experience with Turbotax experts is that they don't really know what they're doing, so I don't waste my time with them.
