I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years. While the accuracy of the software has generally been good, the user experience has been nothing short of frustrating. There is far too much scrolling required just to click "Next" and move through the interview screens, making the process unnecessarily time-consuming. The Help feature is also largely ineffective. It ALWAYS fails to provide useful answers or guidance for specific situations, leaving users to search elsewhere for assistance. To top it all off, it requires you to login to ask for this useless help. In addition, the integration with QuickBooks continues to be disappointing. Compatibility issues and the need for manual adjustments remain common, which undermines the convenience that should come from products within the same ecosystem. Overall, while TurboTax remains accurate, there is significant room for improvement in usability, support, and QuickBooks integration.

I have used Turbo Tax for our personal and business tax return preparation for over 30 years (14 years for our business; over 30 years for our personal taxes). I have not had any issues with the multiple states we lived in during our 28 year military career, our federal returns or our business returns. It is a great product.

E-filing in California does NOT work. There is an extensive thread (https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/turbotax-business-validation-error-code-54-so-we-cannot-efile/00/3748119) on your own website documenting the problem that I and many others experienced. I ended up printing and physically mailing my state return because the problem was never resolved. I'm very disappointed with TurboTax for Business, considering how much it costs.

The business software has been a life-saver for filing my 1120S. Its already a large obstacle to complete the closing of our company's books in QBO and the transition to TurboTax is a game changer. Love the interview interface and ability to switch to Forms mode.

The desktop version allows me to prepare and e-file up to 5 federal returns for one price, making it much more cost-effective than online for multiple businesses. I appreciate the ability to switch to "Forms Mode" to directly edit and review the tax forms before filing.

I've always used TurboTax. Last year I decided to try a top competitor product, and the UI experience was horrendous. It made me miss the deadline, and I had to pay a fine. Needless to say, I'm back to TurboTax this year, and I love it. It has even improved since the last time I used it. Simple, easy, and effective!

Every year I have the same problems with TurboTax Business. It does not transfer over the correct asset and capital information, and I have fix the Capital Reconciliation worksheet by hand. Once that is done, then Income Reconciliation is out of balance, and I have to fix that balance worksheet by hand. Also, when I first run the Federal Error Check, I typically get a huge number of errors, almost all of which are questions on forms that were not filled out, because TurboTax did not ask the questions during the Step by Step interview process. Waste's a bunch of time manually entering all this information that should have been automatically entered in by TurboTax Business.

You required Windows 11 for this product and that required me to last minute purchase a new Windows capable PC. I had moved to Apple Mac, but because of your racket to force people to purchase, I had to spend $1,500. I hate you now and will never use you again.

There were quite a few errors that kept popping up that were software issues. I received error code 567810, "We're having trouble saving file to this location," numerous times. Even after following the troubleshooting recommendations, it still took multiple tries to finally get the app to send the taxes electronically. Also, there is always an issue with filing taxes for GA, especially when it comes to balance sheets.

Schedule B-2 - I have a self-directed Roth IRA through a custodian FBO account as a member in multi-member LLC. There is no guidance on the eligible partner type code. I have chosen "Corporation" based on web search guidance, but it will be helpful if Turbotax provides an accurate guidance.
